For bronze I’d recommend to just practice thinking about where you want to hit the ball before you hit it. Don’t worry about anything in the air yet most people in bronze can’t aerial either so if you can shoot decently well you’ll rank up fast

If you're bronze, you're literally shit at everything and so is everyone else in your lobby (sans smurfs). Just play the game until you're silver before you worry about videos on how to get better.
