Questionnaire Results: 8/21 1:55:33 The most important things I've learned in this video so far: 1. Never put your phone in your pocket. I've never seen it so dramatic but it makes so much sense now. 2. Get down to 12 - 18% Bodyfat. I didn't know the effects of body fat on sperm count and Testosterone. 3. Don't use nonstick pans. Use a normal one and use real butter instead of seed oils. 4. Don't take hot showers, baths, or go to the sauna (unless you ice your balls in the sauna). 5. This topic is extremely slept on. Everyone cares about climate change but no one about the decreasing sperm quality, quantity, and testosterone. 6. A lot of people have some bad habit they cope with(I don't). I have some bad habits but I know that they are all bad for me. I've ordered 100% Cotton clothing and underwear today and I'll buy a 100% organic deodorant in the next weeks. I'll get to 0 on the Questionnaire until next year.

What I've learned: My purpose in life is fatherhood, this will almost "automatically" make every aspect of my life better. I am 16 and I currently have had problems with my testcles for 3 months, I have an infection of the epididymis (a tissue above the testicles) I did a surgery 4 weeks ago. I was skinny but now I am really underweight. I also learned to get the "basics" (sleep, movement, nutrition, nature, etc) but also question myself of more detailed subject such as the toxins & radiation in our environment and it also reminded my of the degeneracy of our modern, feminine, fragile society. My left testicle was infected but now according to the doctors it is anatomically looking ok & now my right testicle is infected. I feel pain & there is inflammation & this is where I feel I can tell what has been happening to me & open up although my parents, family & friends have supported me I felt stressed, anxious & depressed because I didn't know what to do & what to expect which really didn't help me. The doctors told me that there is no problem if one testicle doesn't function properly because I've got the other. Before al this I was very active I played football for a semi-professional juvenile football teaming in Portugal & I practiced taekwondo. I will try & find a good urologist, sexologist or andrologists in the country & do a fertility & testosterone test done & maybe an MRI, this is maybe every 3 months & what really matters is the testicles and the epididymis. My sports performance has suffered but above everything my health has suffered. I just regret not noticing that fatherhood is my purpose earlier because I fear that I went from having an acute situation to a chronic one wich will probably affect my fertility & development. I will try my best to heal my left testicle back to normal & use learn from my mistakes to treat my right testicle so that I can return to my full function & become the powerful human I am supposed to be.

My Learning Recap: The most important things I've learned so far are the toxicity and impact against fertility caused by phones, among other things, and the prevalence of endocrine blocking chemicals in day-to-day products. But the thing I have gotten the most out of from this video, is that you made me actually take the actionable steps provided in this video. So far (including the time of me writing this recap) I have done most of everything you have recommended. Although I haven't yet taken a hike or walk without my phone, you have made me care enough to genuinely listen to your advice, and I have been standing for much longer than I would have without it. Thank you.

Questionnaire results: 15 What I've learned from this video so far: - having my phone in my pocket fucks up my sperm count and its quality - sperm literally worsens with the absence of enough testosterone - Small changes do not matter if your whole life is a mess and you continue to indulge in the bad habits - you're not missing out on anything when not going to parties - I should be more serious about my overall health because it might literally lead to me being the cause of my bloodline ending here and now - If I lived 100 years in the past I would literally be a father in a few months or I'd be actively searching for a wife at least so I need to fckin hurry up and I've got to make that progress! Thank you Hamza for your work, you're always so honest about yourself and you don't talk shit so you can profit from us. Over the past 1.5 years I've been watching you and it's really interesting to also see you improving and changing in all realms. This shows true commitment to your purpose and makes it easier for us to improve. You're doing great work and I wish you all the best and I hope some day you'll be able to fullfill your dream of having this small tribe and enough money to buy land and stuff. The 4 chemicals - phthalates, teflon, bpa, pesticides 6. keep phone on airplane mode when not in use 7. slowly replace everyday items with no plastic 8. don't eat food from plastic (or heat food up with plastic) 9. no polyester underwear/clothing (especially gym) 10. research grooming product, hygiene product and get organic ones

I’ve never shared anything in comments before but I feel this is an important thing to share, I’m now 17 and a few years ago (must’ve been 13 or 14) I noticed that I had one on my left side. I didn’t know what it was at the time but it was bothering me and scaring me due to the thoughts of testicular cancer. I finally decided to share with my parents and they said they didn’t see anything wrong but we could go to the doctor incase. I go to my pediatrician and they feel around and say they feel nothing wrong, they say that they can send me to the hospital to get a ultrasound to ease my nerves. I go and get the ultrasound, I’ll never forget breaking out in tears while they were doing it because of how terrified of the results I was. They said they saw nothing wrong and everything was just fine. I haven’t thought about it again until just now. I find it shocking that no one knew about this and even the doctors didn’t see it, didn’t say anything, or didn’t know about it. I’d like to say I still haven’t gotten a professional diagnosis but I can say I relate to most of the symptoms. I’m not sure what else to say just thought I had to share this story

I saw my nephew into the eyes and thought about how my childs would be, but that made me realize I need to put more work if I want to become the man I NEED to be. Thank you so much for everything. Also, ironically today I was reading an article about how plastics are everywhere and there is so little we can do as individuals. But the thing changes if we talk about political influency and laws. I truly believe you should consider becoming a politician Hamza, you are one of the few persons out there who truly care about people's health, and if you become somewhat of a symbol in England many other politicians can agree with your values in other countries. I’ll be honest I took it as a lame cliffhanger when you posted “we got a new mission”. Now I understand. I am actually someone who was on the verge of losing a testicle once, and close to losing the other a few months later. Sheer coincidence, but this means I couldve basically had my whole manhood and possible fatherhood taken away a few months time at the age of 15. Ive had first-hand experience with the stigma of talking about this at school and sports (its hard to talk about something private like this when you get questions asking why youve been “sick” for so long). I definitely realized how serious it was and ultimately communicated it with more friends and family. Luckily speaking today, as I soon turn 20, I can be very f-ing grateful to still have them both. I have not yet watched the video but I want to thank you for speaking up about this already Hamza. You’ve inspired me to do great things for myself and you’re continuing to inspire me to do great things for others. As skeptical as I was, we do have a new mission. As overexaggerating as it sounds, we do have to save the human race. We may need to break a lot of stigma, we may need to avoid a lot of things and we may need to put a lot of work in, but ultimately it will be well worth it when we get to raise our children. Thank you Hamza & the community ❤

There were plenty of incremental lessons in this video but the one that stuck to me the most is definitely how short-sighted we are. I'm 19 starting entrepreneurship while having Uni on the side and throughout the last weeks of the exam period I realized that my brain completely forgot about MY goals and purpose as I studied like a slave. Now I was sitting in my room braindead having no real thoughts and just craving outside stimuli not to focus on school anymore. But in fact. with every free second of mine I should be thinking about where I wanna go and how will I do it. In five years I wanna have children and for that I need to secure my and my future wife's future as well as healing myself from any remaining trauma. Nevermind becoming the most healthy and fertile version of mine - and I was just studying like a monkey man... Phone never seeing my pocket again and it's on airplane mode rn - the same for my smartwatch. I scored 16/21 but wanna go below the 10 mark before the end of summer. I'm sure being more aware of my surroundings will help with becoming more self-aware/conscious too. Push through guys, make the sacrifices and reap those rewards! It will be well worth it!

I am working on an ecom optimalization agency rn and it fits many of my personality traits I feel but I still don't get like 110% fulfillment out of it just yet. That is why I must journal about my trajectory even more. But first, the best way of starting out is just starting out. If u feel lost pick out one business model you kinda like and just start working on it, like today. If you are genuinely interested in growing you will push through the directionless period because of that burning desire in your mind. If not, that desire may not be strong enough just yet

Rang them on the 18th of April they said I should be expecting a letter and it shouldn’t be too long. Of course didn’t hear anything. gave them time, so I decided to ring today. This time they say the waist list is huge and they’ll reckon they’ll see me in 60 weeks. That’s 420 days. 1. Maintain a healthy diet: Eating a nutritious diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats can support male fertility. Avoiding processed foods, excessive alcohol consumption, and smoking can also have a positive impact. 2. Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help boost fertility by improving overall health and increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs. Engage in moderate exercise, such as brisk walking or cycling, for at least 30 minutes a day, most days of the week. 3. Manage stress: High levels of stress can negatively affect fertility. Engaging in stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, or pursuing hobbies can help manage stress and improve fertility. 4. Maintain a healthy weight: Both overweight and underweight men may experience fertility issues. Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight can enhance fertility. Consult with a healthcare professional to determine your ideal weight range and develop a plan if needed. 5. Avoid exposure to toxins: Certain environmental factors and lifestyle choices can impact male fertility. Minimize exposure to harmful chemicals, toxins, and excessive heat. Limit alcohol consumption, quit smoking, and avoid illicit drugs to help improve fertility.

"lean proteins" why are we avoiding fat when fat itself is where all the nutrients primarily comes from meat and cholesterol is known to significantly boost testosterone, as well as red meat being higher quality than corn-fed, soy, estrogenic injected, high-omega 6 accumulated chicken. This is why commercial raised meats, especially white meats are so fucking toxic. By far the highest quality red meat is probably lamb unless you're getting like full on farm-raised, grass-fed other meat.

Yesterday I started watching this video and you told me about planning on becoming a father and vecoming serious. This day at work a coworker from our laboratory literally tells us that he is expecting a child. That's why he seemed to work with more enthusiasm than before or at least that's what I imagine. And he was very calm and thoughtful. That's where I thought about your words and I felt a huge wave of enthusiasm myself as if my biological goal occupied my brain all of a sudden. It went away afterwards but it was a new experience. Maybe that's how I'll feel when I took away my addiction.

GUYS ALSO CHECK YOUR BED LINENS! Including the blanket and pillow itself. I was shocked to find out that for years I had been sleeping everyday in stuff made of 100% Polyester. Replacing them with cotton ones is on the top of my priority list. With that being said, this was one of the most eye opening videos Hamza has posted yet. I have gained a new lense that I view the world through. Also, I hope that this will find some resonance: It would be greatly appreciated for Hamza to share the studies he takes his infos from in the description, or even a seperate site. I trust him, but the transparency and oppurtunity to educate myself more thoroughly by reading through the same studies would add a lot of value in my opinion. Wishing a great day to whoever is reading this, keep going bro 🙏

The most important thing I learned through this video was the importance of taking on the responsibility of fatherhood. I'm 16 and need to push myself to be able to bring up my offspring with the most fertile sperm possible. I also learned to stop copping, I watch probably an hour of tv at night and must learn to become more productive than that. I've learned to keep the others accountable around me. My brother just played video games again after not touching them for a month, I need to open his eyes to the dangers of the sort. I've learned that friends are likely not the type to keep you up but instead bring you down. I've learned the relationships I build must be solid and share common ideals and not the same "fun" or enjoyment. The behaviors of those near me are likely far different from the ones I wish to act on.

What I've learnt from this video is that plastic has a bigger effect on my life than I thought. Sometimes we have to push things to the extreme. It takes sacrifice. What I've learned from this video: - Keep your phone out of your pocket (rather keep it in a backpack or shoulder pocket or just hold it while keeping it away from your balls) - Keep your phone on airplane mode when not used - No smoking, no alchohol - Low Fat foods are just foods where the fat is replaced with sugars, and excessive sugar will destroy you. - Learning - doing recaps and testing yourself (after learning a material) is a great way of improving your learning. It will tell you your weak points and what you need to review again.

What I've learned: -Hamza is def schizo -Hamza is right on all of these points despite that -I scored 14 on the test at the start of the video -some things are things I can't change even if I want to -I've become blackpilled about this topic, I just don't see the point, this is such an insane and sad uphill battle (sorry hamza) What I will do: - Lose weight - only wear cotton - Maybe stop smoking cigars and drinking Conclusion: I will limit plastic use and T lowering activities when possible, but not when it's inconvenient. I think all we can do is advocate against companies using plastics and stop this on the collective level rather than the individual one. On the individual level this is such an absurd uphill battle and I'd rather just give up than fight against it (sorry)

Yeah, this definitely is an uphill battle. Some things, such as electronics, have become nearly essential to everyday life and it is wildly inconvenient to try to do without. You also can't control how others may impact your testosterone or fertility through the actions they take. Plus, I'm sure many of the nonestrogenic products for sale cause some other issue that has yet to be considered.

@@Crosseyedhero I'm an artist bro. A digital one. The pen I draw on is plastic. The screen is plastic. My job requires I stare at a blue light screen for 10 hours a day, touching plastic 10 hours a day and sitting for those 10 hours. There's not much I can do other than healthmaxx and be as healthy as possible to counter balance this bullcrap. Traditional art isn't much better. Sketchbook paper has BPA's. the grip on most art materials are plastic, ect, ect. I'd legit have to go full schizo mode to protect myself from the plastics I use for my own career.

Keep it in airplane mode in any other situation, unless you are waiting for a call or unless you are actually using it for something useful - Don't drink (never) - Fat is good, better than sugar, so prefer whole milk for example to high sugar skimmed milk - Keep answering the questionnaire every now and then. - LESS SPERM = LESS TESTOSTERONE

1. Got 12/21 and want to improve it by at least 7 points by the end of the year 2. Male inferitlity decreases by 2.63% every year 3. Standing up more is better for your balls and sperm 4. Developed countries are transitioning to a reversed population pyramid, so there will be more old than newborns which can cause a population collapse 5. All plastics are bad, the less exposure the better (BPA FREE, BPA, BPS, PHALATES, TEFLON, POLYETHANOFLOUR sth) but first sort out your foundation (don't be fat or too shredded, eat clean, avoid drugs, sleep enough, exercise, sun...) 6. DON'T KEEP YOUR PHONE IN YOUR POCKET and use airplane mode when you don't have a specific task to do on your phone 7. Avoid endocrine distruptors in food like seed oils, soy, milk, proccesed shit, buy veg, fruit and meat at farm markets 8. Avoid endocrine distruptors in cosmetics, clothing and cookware 9. Sugar is the reason for the skyrocket rise of obesity 10. Low fat = HIGH SUGAR, PROCESSED AF THANK YOU HAMZA this content is exponentially better and more helpful. I really felt it when you said you are the only one in a party who is against drugs. I appreciate the work you put in this video, I started listening to HUBERMAN a couple months ago and he really is a powerhouse of knowledge. I can't imagine how 90% of people just cope and say sight me the study or this is not true and they just carry on living lives microwawing their balls. It is just no point to explain to them why you do things diffrent they'll just find ways to make themeselves feel better because they lie to themselves knowing they are wrong. People just don't want to change, but they sure can complain about their life. EDUCATE YOURSELF, USE THE KNOWLEDGE, WORK HARD AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

The most important thing I learned from this video was the better understanding I got of things to avoid and replace. I did watch the "How to increase testosterone naturally" video before this and I did do research on things that I need to replace and/or avoid. In terms of clothing and bathroom products, everything seemed to be understandable but the diet part was absolutely killing me. Things like pesticides, Teflon, BPA and phthalates are things you MUST avoid in order to eat the right food for optimal health. Going to a local farm with my parents is something I am for sure going to do tomorrow first thing I wake up and now I know all the bullshit marketing that should be avoided that most products have on their plastic wrappings. I've watched the Fructose 2.0 video and learned about important/good hormones like leptin, and bad hormones like insulin and statistics of obesity, visceral fat and especially how addictive sugar is. I simply look around my current state and see so much plastic that needs to be replaced by the end of this week, I don't care if I'm broke this is simply a good investment for my physical and mental health and my future children's physical and mental health. I'm going to take more walks outside and leave my phone at home, I will turn on airplane mode for times I'm not using my phone and I will NEVER keep my phone near my balls lmao. I got 13 yeses out of the 21 questions, and my goal by the end of the year is to decrease it to at least 5 yeses, it's not going to be easy but I know I will achieve this goal.

As someone who just turned 19, got heartbroken around 1 and a half months ago, in a relationship that almost lasted a year. For a while I was just floating around aimlessly, purposeless. Trying to figure out what I truly want. This video helped me find a deeper meaning to my life. What I learned: 1. The fertility crisis we are facing right now is an issue that we don't talk about. 2. There's hope for us to still have children 3. Being a father, not just a dumb ass who impregnated someone, but someone who's genuinely engaged in his child/children's life, is the most fulfilling thing you can achieve. 4. Stay away from the modern world, and learn more about the esoteric health movement (shout out to Kaal Raam) 5. If you don't have kids right now, work on yourself. Face your trauma, build yourself up, be a great man. Be a role model, not just for your kids, but for everyone else who looks up to you. 6. If you have kids, cherish the fuck out of them. 7. Avoid plastics, fuck that BPA free bullshit 8. Stop keeping your phone in your pocket 9. Always consider what your future would be, by the choices you make right now
