Thank you for spreading the message my friend. For those who want a summary: 1. Eat high quality unprocessed whole foods and nothing else. Focus on the animal foods because they are the most nutrient dense. 2. Make sure you don’t prepare or store the food in plastic, teflon, or anything else that is toxic. 3. If you’re still eating junk food but are trying to add healthy things in, you’ve missed the point. Eliminate all the bad stuff first. You cannot compensate for junk food.

This summary is hurting more people than it's helping. This video has a lot more information and better engrains it through the use of parables, so the viewer does not forget. There is a reason that 3 points are in a video that is over an hour and 20 minutes long. Almost everyone who saw your comment before watching the video just went into youtube after reading it. That person did not write down a note, that person did not remember them, and even if he did, that person did not fully understand the reasoning.

TO THE WOMEN: Be careful with intermittent fasting if you're a woman. Our body works very different from that of a man and jumping carelessly into intermittent fasting without research could be harmful. You should really look into cycle syncing. Our diet and exercise needs change a lot during our cycle. It's very important if you exercise a lot - you can actually lose your menstruation if you do heavy impact exercises without considering your cycle.

@sofie5364 Жыл бұрын
@@PeezyC from what I gathered intermittent fasting might have an negative impact on your blood sugar levels, hormones and reproductive system as a woman. But that also depends on your age, weight and the time window you choose to fast in. Please inform yourself though, I'm not an expert. The cycle syncing has to do with hormones, energy levels, blood pressure, etc. There are some good articles and KZbin Videos on it. There are also some that report what happens if you exercise with your cycle vs without consideration. The results were shocking to me. Keep in mind that women's body's work very different in general. Most medicine was tested on men and works differently on women. Car seats are usually unsafer for women in car accidents etc. I love Hamzas Videos, I just also like to keep in mind that he mostly talks to men and that the answer for them isn't always the best thing for us women.

I finally found the right diet for the results I wanted. After my bulking phase, weighing at 213 lbs and 22% body fat, I’m now 186.6 lbs and 12.2% body fat. My muscles are lean and I’m getting stronger! Stay strong brothers and keep getting stronger! My diet was eating less than 2,700 calories a day, at least 230 grams of protein. Majority of my diet was food such as boneless chicken thighs, Turkey burgers, steaks, broccoli, black beans, rice, isolate whey protein, Pure Protein bars. Exercises were lifting heavy things, running long distances and boxing.

As an 18 year old female having a good diet is a must for everyone. However it's so hard to keep a good diet because we are constantly surrounded by junk food (highly processed foods). To me it's quite sad to know that 90% of food in grocery stores are not good for our bodies. What a world we live in.

My summary (commenting this so you can benefit from also): Poor diet and lifestyle choices can negatively impact testosterone levels. - Unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise can lead to low testosterone levels. - Low testosterone levels can cause fatigue, brain fog, and hinder progress towards goals. Optimizing your diet is the best productivity hack and unlocks your best self. - Eating the right diet improves brain power and testosterone levels. - Using willpower to resist junk food is effective and throwing it away is not necessary. Prioritize your health and testosterone levels as an athlete - Be mindful of the food you eat and its impact on your body - Avoid keeping your phone in your pocket to prevent negative effects on testosterone levels Improving health through self-improvement - Spending full-time on self-improvement to learn and teach what works - Encouraging family to adopt healthy habits and questioning traditional dietary advice Unsubscribe from Fitness KZbinrs and aim for higher ambition in health and fitness. - Most Fitness KZbinrs lack ambition and promote unhealthy habits. - Building muscle while improving health is the ultimate goal. - Find healthy food that tastes delicious and start craving it. - Real athletes track every nutrient their body needs, not just macros. - The next level of Fitness KZbinrs will bring back pure health and discipline. Eating like our ancestors is the best diet for health and testosterone. - Eating junk food decreases testosterone and harms cognition. - Protein powders and bars are full of harmful chemicals and artificial sweeteners. To make progress, sacrifice and discipline must be progressively overloaded. - Discipline is relative to where you are, not what is normal for others. - Constantly get rid of bad habits and increase good ones for progress. To make progress, stop coping and continuously sacrifice more. - Making progress requires destroying the cope mentality. - Stick to your goals and standards, no matter what level you're on. Butter and steak are healthy and delicious options - Full-fat butter is a healthy option and plant butters have harmful chemicals - Rump steak is a delicious and healthy option for breakfast or any meal Buy organic and sustainable food from farms directly or through third-party websites. - Level 1: Shop at a normal supermarket with plastic-wrapped food containing pesticides and hormones. - Level 2: Buy organic food from a normal supermarket with plastic-wrapped food. - Level 3: Buy from a third-party website that connects farms together and provides details about the food's origin and packaging. - Level 4: Contact a farmer directly and pay extra for hormone-free food that doesn't touch plastic during its journey to you. Entrepreneurship is an escape from unhealthy living - Choosing healthy food is expensive but worth it for better health KEEP IMPROVING KINGS 👑💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

My grandpa told me when i was trying to lose weight is to "why not gain muscle to burn more fat overtime while doing nothing" that came from a 74 year old man thats a farmer/ex physician. He is a smoker since he was less than 18 but can still run carry 80 pounds with uncomfortable positions and he broke his leg when he was 60 but can still walk/run. Amazes me he only ate vegetables and fruit (lots of them and meat thats fryed with their own fat. Our ancestors really had something going back then. Really glad i listened to him and his wisdom.

Hoping to inspire as many people through my videos one day. 🙏 I've been starting to take my fitness / health / discipline journey seriously. Adding lots of Eggs and Meat to my diet is what improved my testosterone the most. 2 Raw eggs before going to sleep gives it a really easy good boost. I've been trying to bulk forever but I've been working out twice a day and I'm literally burning too much calories to gain any weight. I have been getting stronger and getting a lot of energy from it but not significantly bigger or heavier. Also nofap helps a lot, but don't stress about it ocassionally. You don't have to be super strict and beat yourself up whenever you "slip up", just consistently try to improve your daily habits. God bless you guys.

When you say work out twice a day, if you mean you lift weights twice a day, don't do that. Rest and recovery is extremely important, and you are killing your gains by working out that much. Ik hamza says overtraining isn't a thing, but that applies to different things such as your intensity within the gym. You won't gain any muscle wit such little rest.

I have the exact same problem bro. I work a very physical job, I also train muay thai and football, whilst also playing airsoft and doing stuff at my home made gym. I've been slacking with my diet as of late as I've been focusing on muay thai and becoming an officer in the army. When I was counting calories a couple weeks ago, I was eating 3350 per day and still not gaining weight. I went from 80kg 15% body fat in Dec 2020, all the way down to 76kg 10% body fat by January 2023, fluctuating up and down. I'm back up to 78 right now but that's after falling from 79 to 77 after clawing back up to 79 from 76. There's just not enough time or resources to be eating that much food per day yknow? At 6'2, I think I'd like to be 82kg 10% body fat

Solid video as always. Only thing to keep in mind is that the sugar which is basically added everywhere nowadays which disturbs Insulin - probably the most important hormone in our bodies which is connected to Testosterone and estrogen receptors and there are things like orange juice or apple juice which may seem nice and healthy but in realty apart from neutrinos has no difference to can of coke in terms of sugar and it's basically stripped from fibber. So always make sure to eat whole fruits because fibber that is in them will help the digestion of it. On a top of it a lot of fruits have been modified over years just so they can have more sugar and less fibber, look at the bananas for example how small they used to be and how do they look now.

My man, words can't describe how relatable your experiences are for me -I get horrifying flashbacks when you talk about your problems. From my teenage years till I was like 19 I lived like an absolute nightmare life. Came home from school -put a pizza in the oven then ate a 250 gram bag of crisps. 2x a week in the evening I would have a big portion of chips with much mayo, up to 3 fatty burgers, some coleslaw and sugary / milky drinks. I literally drank 2 to 3 liters of milk per day and almost one liter of Ayran -wich is a Turkish yoghurt / milk drink. I did not leave the house after school, sat in a completely dark room and played video games, that I was not good at and did not enjoy only to numb my trauma (got stalked by a neighbor at that time and got psychologically abused by my stepdad) day in and day out -even in the summer holidays for like 6 weeks straight. Masturbated all the time, felt so fucking ill and disgusted by my own habits that I did not want to live anymore. My legs were so fucked up because of all that sitting, my butt hurt too all the time -I was so down low that I could not even look my mother in the eyes anymore, because I felt inferior and like absolute garbage because of all that porn, junk food and abusive behavior. No one helped me with my problems. I even developed gynecomastia from all this stress, milk, junk food and porn. This lifestyle went on till I was 19 as I mentioned earlier. In 2020 I got into a commune, where I could do my IT apprenticeship and this was the best thing that could possibly happen to me. I got out of my parents home and left my abusive stepdad and the stalking neighbor behind. I found some friends immediately and got into some sport groups. Had really great 3 years -got my education and moved into a different city where I still live. Now I'm always working out, walking through the nature, riding my bike and doing some survival in nature with friends. There is no day where I just do nothing or some stupid instant gratification stuff. If you are In a similar situation like me back than it is no shame to think about "assisted living" -don't get me wrong there I mean assisted living in a way that is designed for people with abusive parents or a bad environment not that type of assisted living for disabled people. Where people actually care about you and your wellbeing. You only have one "youth" - don't let other people steal it from you.

I have something valuable to add to this topic. I agree wholeheartedly with everything Hamza says, but I have some advice for all the listeners of Hamza who live in Mediterranean-influenced countries like Spain, Italy, Greece, Tunisia, etc. Well, in Spain, we have a metric in which we are among the best in the world (something uncommon lately in the Western world in general). This metric is that we are the second country with the highest life expectancy in the world, second only to Japan. In Spain, olive oil is the primary cooking oil. Despite our grandparents living through the post-war period and experiencing hunger, they live for many years, and it's common for them to reach their 90s. My grandfather, in particular, was still using his 4-kilogram weights to train his arms and walked without any issues at the age of 92. Obesity problems in Spain began to emerge especially in this century and 90s. This can be explained by the fact that during the time of Franco (whom I'm not trying to whitewash, so please don't misunderstand me), who died in the late 70s, Spain was not very open to foreign influences. It took longer for fast-food chains from the United States, which everyone knows today, such as McDonald's and Burger King, to arrive here compared to other places. We always cooked using olive oil, which was much better than sunflower oil, which, although cheaper, we know is bad for health, as Hamza explains well. In Spain, we have extra virgin olive oil, which is the most expensive but also the purest olive oil, and at least here, it's affordable for many families. I'm not sure if this definition of "extra virgin" exists in Italy, Greece, Tunisia, and all the countries that also use olive oil but you just need to find the one most pure in your country. But it is the best cooking ingredient that we Mediterranean countries know, as we don't have the habit of cooking with butter, unlike the rest of European countries. With that said, I recommend that if you live in a country like these, like me, and if you can afford it, cook with this oil. It's something I cannot recommend to other countries because I believe it's quite expensive outside Mediterranean countries. Great video, it has been very helpful, I've learned a lot, and keep up the good work, everyone. Best regards.

In America it's quite affordable if you buy Italian or Spanish oil in bulk. Although that's only of moderate quality by your country's standards.
@YrbRMA
@YrbRMA Жыл бұрын
@@TheSpecialJ11 Well, in the case of Spanish, if it says "Virgen Extra," it should be of great quality, even when sold abroad. And regarding Italian, as also mentioned here, I believe the best one comes from Tuscany, so it should have something indicating that it comes from that region.

A short run of maybe 5km in the morning followed by a cold shower for me helps a lot to get "awake" and "focused". At first it sucks, but you will start to enjoy and even crave it after a while. Also i think you should really carefully select the media and music you consume. There are songs that really push me to go for a run when I don't feel like it. Once you have started running, you won't stop. The initial step to get started is often the hardest to make.

Thats great and all but theres point, ALOT of Studies dont agree on. -Artificial Sweeteners dont impact Insulin, there are cheap sweeteners which suck, but some for example sucralose is basically harmless. -Not all Seed oils are bad. Cheap ones suck if for example fried multiple times. They have negative health impact. But for example good olive oil does no harm

I come back to watching you after about close to a year away. I eat 3 eggs every day and cook in a cast iron pan. I use grass-fed butter in the tin foil wrap. I laughed so hard at how much we already do some of the same things, but I am not on your level with influence and finances. My diet is improving; after this, I know what I need to stop doing and will slowly work those in. I stopped seeing friends who would be drinking and talking about random ass shit. I've been sober for 3+ years now and I'm just getting better. I relate to and respect my parents more and I feel disconnected from the everyday person I see when I go get my morning coffee or pickup some food from this local Mexican spot that uses one ingredient items (except for that sauce, gotta watch out for the sauce) Nice to see that you're doing well.

Hey Hamza, recently i've been experimenting in maximising my testosterone. Partly inspired by your videos partly because I've done this for a long time. I've found some fruits and foods that helped massively. I am 28m from the UK, not too far from where you are from. Recently I discovered something that is bordeline conspiracy, so if you aren't interested you can stop here. I recently had a huge testosterone boost after spending time abroad. The crazy part is my diet was the same and exercise too. I couldnt understand why. But then I had an idea. Abroad I only drank bottled water and carton juice as I didnt trust the tap water. When I returned to the UK i noticed my libido dropped and I experienced a drop in test. I didn't understand nothing had changed and I hadn't watched porn for months. I stopped drinking the tap water and only carton juice/bottled water then a few days later, my libido is back and I feel like I have more test. I read studies showing a small dose of arsenic in water is enough to cause ED and lower test and I dont want to say it's connected but all I know is I wont drink tap water again.

Hamza, have you thought about homesteading? My grandparents are on that wave and got me thinking about it. Growing your own food and animals and being self sustainable seems to be the ultimate level of self control. Work back to front. Go all the way back, then adopt technology minimally. Just a thought. Seems like a shortcut to where youre headed. Buying shit privately from a farm is ok but i think itd be smarter to hire farmers for your own farm.

cutting out junkfood(as much as possible) has been the biggest life changer for me. I have gone from eating 3000 calories daily and feeling like crap having a bad skinny fat physique and having zero energy to do anything from the moment I woke up to eating 1800 calories almost only in protein being lean and stronger then I have every been and waking up with energy and drive to accomplish things every day. I cannot stress it enough. people talk to much about cutting out alcohol and smoking because these are addictions but junk food is just as bad or even worse and is just as addicting because its way more accessible.

I wouldn't worry about it affecting your testosterone at all. Naturally increasing testosterone is only through improving your health to what it should be and your body has mechanisms to regulate testosterone if it's too high. High T levels would only be an issue if you're increasing it through steroids.

For anyone struggling with the fact that the nuts are packaged in plastic , just do the following thing: - Before going to bed go to your kitchen and choose which nuts you will eat (I usually do this with walnuts) - Pour filtered or normal drinkable water (not tap) into a cup. You decide which cup depending on how many nuts you want to eat - And then just put the nuts into the cup of water and leave it over the night - in the morning just filter the nuts from the cup by pouring the water from the cup and separating it from the nuts and then you basically have better and more tasty nuts to eat If you chose walnuts for this, don’t be freaked out by the yellowish color of the water, it’s totally normal, just pour it out and enjoy your walnuts I don’t know exactly what this process does but the fact that my dad does this and proposed me this idea when I asked him about diet is enough evidence for me since he’s in his 50s and is healthier than 99% of men his age. You can Google the benefits of soaking nuts in water if you want your “source”

This helps reduce the antinutrients. You should in theory soak all of your seeds (nuts, grains, legumes) overnight.

He has said that bulking when you are growing up is something really important. IMO you should keep bulking but dont forget to eat vegetables and some fruits (from local markets, walmart stuff is usually bs), the main mistake that a lot of people make while bulking is eating a lot of protein and carbs, but they end up forgetting about the minerals and vitamins that all the greens have. +Add some cardio and sun exposure, if you can run while you are outside in the sun exposure it can help you a lot with the fat in your body that you will gain while bulking + sun exposure which helps a lot with testosterone development and it also improves your sleep a lot. Dont forget to sleep 8-10 hours or your body wont get the proper "gains". ----- Try to do intermitent fasting (16 hours without eating) and eat your "bulking calories" but you should know that you shouldnt eat anything 2 hours before going to sleep to develop more HGH and have a better quality sleep.

I have unknowingly been building a good relationship with the butchers in my town (I go there sometimes during school time for sausage rolls 😂). They know exactly what to get me when they see me without even asking, and they ask about what I get up to in school. I just realised that this is going to be beneficial when it comes to buying meat without plastic packaging when I'm older. Be more social guys, it may benefit you without you even knowing it yet.

This was an hour and 23 minutes of pure education. I really appreciate these kinds of videos Hamza! Despite that, I am not fully convinced about the flavoured protein thing. I've searched the ingredients of the protein that I have and there are some of the things that you've been talking about, like stevia. I have searched it and I have found that It's unhealthy just in high doses. I would love to know whether It's as poisonous as you say. Could you maybe show the studies, which you base your statements on?

Hey Hamza you probably aren’t reading this message since you got improvement to do but I wanted to ask something. I know that diet is extremely important and watching the video just goes to show how important it is but I’m going to the military in a month. I’ll be eating those MRE packets for 13 weeks, what should I do to keep my testosterone? (I’m in America so I’m not sure if the MREs are different in the UK)

hey man, I'm happy to hear that you will go to the military. If I can give you a tip, just enjoy it, diet is extremely important, but the experience and how much you can become better are far more important. Also the military is a competitive place so lots of testosterone!

Well like he also mentioned. If your purpose and direction in life REQUIRES you to be a bit unhealthy. If going to the military is truly what you believe your next step in life then that’s fine Jocko Willink said it best in his response to someone in his comment section “Enjoy”

Hamza said if it's your mission and you have to take sacrifices to your health, then its okay as long as it is a mission. Also there are many other disciplinary things you will learn along that path, just keep your mind open whilst in the military and do what you need to do for your health after good luck on your journey.

I’m 13 and I’ve been on self improvement for a while ever since I found Hamza. I was doing really good for a couple months since around last December. I’ve been working out consistently (3+ times a week) and was eating the best I could (I could still do a lot better) but recently I’ve been getting really dark thoughts and I can’t think correctly. Lust has taken over my mind and other dark thoughts and I can’t seem to escape them. Ever since school ended and summer started, I went on vacation and started to eat unhealthy again. I stopped working out as much and my mental health has really plummeted. I’m starting to get back in the groove but I’m starting to get discouraged and bad thoughts about myself. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Bro im 13 as well and similar things have been happening to me. I used to work out a lot and eat good but then i relapsed and started to not workout and eat bad, play video games all day. But I've been becoming more disciplined lately and thats greatly improved me, I've started to workout out more and eat better. All you need is discipline, thats the most important skill in life. If you become more disciplined everything will change. Don't listen to your inner Jeffrey brain and be a pussy. For example this when you wake up nice and early like for me I wake up at 6:40AM, but my Jeffrey brain doesn't want me to leave the bed, tell it to stfu, throw your blanket off yourself and feel discomfort, then I go have a nice cold shower to full wake my brain up, after that you feel fantastic, the two hardest things of your morning are done, thats what your morning should be like but obviously you can work up to it. Just don't listen to your brain, become more disciplined and you will feel happier. Ignore your bad and weak thoughts. Don't follow your brain Follow your heart Good luck bro

i had the same experience where i started doing good things to myself but slowly i didnt do any work on my body, i was lazy, i wanted to spent time on my pc all day. and i think meditation is a good thing for this because it makes you more relaxed and you can more easily remove or dont believe these thoughts. many people has at one point stopped doing all these things because of x, but you should always just try again, like nofap, you will probably fail at some point, but you just gotta try again, never give up.

Recently me and some of my dormmates were having some talk about the content that i consume and the things that i do . Whilst talking , one of them almost in an aggressive way , stated that everything that i do is useless and they will not last for long . At that moment from their offended way of talking , i understood that my habits , way of living and way of thinking has invalidated all their excuses about not being successful and not having any goal for the future and they also know this . Knowing the fact that i have improved my life so much that normal mediocre people have already started to argue against me for that and feeling offended because of it makes me feel deep sense of gratitude for this channel . Keep the grind , don't give a damn to nobody who talks trash , when the gold is melt to distinguish from the dirt inside of it , there always be some useless foam coming up

About not keeping your phone in your pocket: Firstly the radiation of the phone is very litte and only active when calling someone or generally exchaning information between your phone and your Cell Tower. The radiation is so little that only children can be affected by this since they are generally smaller and have less cells. Lastly most scientific evidence speaks against the phone radiation having an impact on male fertility. Source: German ministry of radiation. Lover your videos Hamza
