Oh man a very deep episode, I know people complaining of the pacing, but for me honestly those flashbacks are important because they remind what shit Orochi was, how he gave those apples to the people when they were hungry to death, how he killed for fun and entertainment.

The Bajrang Gun: Bajrang is the Monkey God of Indian Mythology. So the attack is a tribute to the Bajrang also known as Hanuman(you might have heard this name). Also, the details like Oden burning to death, Orochi burning and Kaido also being covered in Lava. 1 dragon is down and 1 remains. Orochi's DF ...if you cut all of his Heads he won't revive. So first kaido cut 1.. Then the Akazaya cut 6 of them, and only 1 remained finished by Denjiro. (The devil fruit is inspired by the Yamata no Orochi, 8 8-headed dragon)

The Monkey god of Hindu Mythology is named Hanuman. Who may or may not be an inspiration of the Monkey King Sun Wukong that Luffy and Goku are based off of. It’s exciting because I am a Hindu.

@@akashshetty5112 yes as a Sri Lankan, non-Hindu, the monkey God Hanuman is a great part of our pre history having been an ally the Ram in the fight against our King Rawana the King of Asuras and Lankapura. I would also take into note the many other small things Oda has put in that embody Hindu Mythology here such as how Hanuman in his younger days mistook the sun for a fruit and flew up and tried eating it same way Luffy ate the Sun God Devil fruit mistaking it for any old fruit. I also noticed Kaidos attack Rangnarok where he says "conqueror of three worlds" which is highly reminiscent of the demon king Rawana who was the conqueror of the three worlds/realms. In many ways how Luffy is inspired by Hanuman I cant miss the bits how Kaido takes after Rawana. Both have attacks named after the other, Rawana was known as a demon with draconian and ogreish features like Kaido. He was also one who had a big ego and saw himself above others but had the characteristic of respecting any and all his enemies who were brave enough to sacrifice themselves on the battlefield which in many ways is like Kaido. Cant wait to see were Oda takes this story, it just keeps getting better.

The amount of feels I had in this episode smh. So beautiful. Orochi is gone and all that’s left is Kaido. As long as he is there, they can’t be free. It’s so deep and emotional. The production and animation and music were amazing!

Not action heavy but it was an emotional episode. Still a great episode Yes we had flashbacks but it was in the chapter too. It's part of the arc where the people of Wano are suffering from Orochi and Kaido Finally, Orochi is gone. That was his last head and remember that he got 8 heads because of his devil fruit. The first head was cut off by Kaido, the 6 heads was cut off by the Akazaya samurai and it goes for only 1 head which is Denjiro is the one who deliver the last blow Luffy vs Kaido is about to end. Wano arc is really ending soon huh, 4 years in the anime. It was the longest arc so far but it was an amazing arc, lots of ups and downs but still it's a great arc

Lol only one piece can have three eps with just a punch and 100+ eps on one fight and arc and people scream one piece is peak piece then call jjk mid in 30 eps and chainsawman trash and overhyped in 12 with tons of plot in the later two and arcs. One piece fans need to teach other fans how to kick out toxic haters and how to be ok with letting your authors cook. Maybe it comes with the territory of a long runner. Great animation for a weekly show even if they skip weeks and pad eps a bit. Kudos.
