@@Trent1261_ Simple, it's a big load of BS that never happened because it simply can't unless you make one massive retcon to a crucial major part of the lore. Furthermore, it only ever happened in the novels trilogy timeline, not the games timeline, so it's nonsense as it is.

Crying Child's backstory is so horrific. He had no adult in his life that he could rely on. Then he wasn't even allowed to have a quick death, but suffered in a coma before passing away, only to be given an unmarked grave in the middle of nowhere.

@jackmonster00173 күн бұрын
The idea of Cassidy being springlocked feels like such an obvious thing that was just... looked over for the longest time. It makes almost too much sense for that to be the reason they're "the one he should not have killed" as the agony attached to something as torturous as a springlock failure would make Cassidy much more violent and vengeful than the others. I never would've thought about something like that before watching this, amazing theory-crafting as always John!
@BriarPatchNyra3 күн бұрын
I cannot believe it never occurred to me until this video!
@clairefrickvape3 күн бұрын
I also believe he was springlocked. I just read book #3 from the fazbear fright books. In one of the stories a boy named Kelsey is lured by his “friend” into the golden Freddy suit and he is springlocked. I think maybe the feminine name is a parallel to Cassidy.
@joaocomtil_3 күн бұрын
@clairefrickvape Also. in this book, Kelsey is a boy with blond hair, but when they go back, they find someone with curly black hair inside the Golden Freddy suit. This didn't mean anything at the time, but [SPOILER ALERT] now that Return to the Pit released, when Oswald gives cake to the children, the last one is a girl with curly hair. This could be Susie, but since it was the last one, a lot of people are saying this is Cassidy and this is meant to represent the Happiest Day
@thechoirtar60773 күн бұрын
@joaocomtil_ The fact that Kelsey had blonde hair and died inside of Golden Freddy/Fredbear and the spirit possessing Golden Freddy in the movie timeline is also a boy with blonde hair has me wondering: is Kelsey the name of said boy with blonde hair? Just something worth mentioning.

The 'Connection Terminated' speech still gives me goosebumps. Something about the way Henry addresses Elizabeth, there's no warmth there. He's fully aware that she's a monster, and he doesn't want to listen to her talk anymore. Scott did NOT need to go that hard, but I am so glad he did cause it is cool af. (Same with the Orville line tbh. The word choice makes me picture the Vengeful Spirit trembling with rage, practically snarling the words - "I will keep you here. No matter how many times they *BURN* us!") Animations were top notch, the FNAF4 ones made me really tense! And it's always nice to see someone else take a swing at this messy timeline. Though I hope one day Scott actually clearly spells out exactly what the story as he created it is, I think this iteration is one of my favourites. Thank you for the video, John "FuhNaff". Very kind of you to keep the channel running after the disappearance of FuhNaff "FuhNaff".

But hey, we've got what we've got, and this explains it the best it possibly could imo.

THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS!!! YOU WERE ALWAYS A GREAT THEORIST AND I'VE BEEN HOLDING THE VIDEO OFF UNTIL I COULD LOCK IN AND WATCH MY FAVOURITE GAME... GET EXPOSED!!! THE CONTENT IS GREAT, AND I DONT WANT YOU TO EVER GIVE UP! Keep up the good work!

Out of all the Fnaf timeline theories there are, this one has got to be my favorite. It’s narratively satisfying and, to me, works well laid out in this order, though I still love and respect the other theories I’ve heard before. This was amazing to watch, I am so impressed by everyone who had a hand in making it. You guys are so incredibly talented, this came out beautifully!

I’m so mind blown! This puts the story together so well. With this being one of the most confusing stories in gaming (compared to kingdom hearts) this is like so perfect. Very well put together. Vocals, story, visual and timeline is so on point. I swear this is literally like watching a legit murder case documentary. Y’all did a wonderful job! I’m glad I got to see this and now I can’t wait to show my son because we are both FNAF fans! Thank yall so much for putting this together! Keep up the good work and don’t stop theorizing! 🐥🐻🐰🦊🍕

Ok, I can’t deny that this is visually, the greatest FNAF timeline I’ve seen. While some parts I do agree with, there are some parts that are a little hard to grasp. The FNAF timeline is something g we may never solve 100%, but we know the concrete point of this series. Thank you, and thanks to everyone else who made this video. I can’t wait to see part 2 for this timeline video, and I can’t wait to hear what you have to say in the video. 😱😀👍 NGL, I wouldn’t be surprised that you release it after the release of Secret of the Mimic.

i've been watching fnaf theories for almost a decade, ever since you came around it's been so refreshing.. i've never teared up for any fnaf related content until now.... this timeline has been the most heartfelt and smoothest one to date. Wow.
@SC-ec8xe3 күн бұрын
Agreed and I've also been watching fan theories for about a decade now and felt the same way when John first started posting. Very refreshing to see such a positive influence that keeps growing, learning, and raising the bar. Not too mention always has unique theories that really take you on a journey and see things in way you never had before. So cool to see and the animations, music, sound design, and transitions were soooo good! I feel spoiled this year just from the amount of amazing theory vids from HyperDroid, John, and Ryetoast and then also finding a few more newer/smaller theorists Im really enjoying (one of which is Nervous (shesalwaysnervous), shes great if you havent checked some of her vids out).

This was genuinely so well made. Incredibly well written, showcased, animated, orchestrated, and more. It honestly felt like watching a movie at times. You and everyone else who has worked very hard to make this did a fantastic job. This is definitely one of the best interpretations of the lore that I have seen and heard. There were moments that I was like "What about this" or "What about that", but you were always three steps ahead and answered my questions as I watched. If you are to make a part 2 explaining the lore of the modern era of games next, then I cannot wait to see how you will present it. Well done! Also, I can't get over just how beautifully presented the scene is with the children's souls finally getting to move on to the afterlife, and then followed by only one left glows red with anger, choosing to stay with a vengeance, burning through the ground, to reach William's lifeless body. The visual effects, the camera movement, the beatifully crafted music and the way it takes a turn. It actually gave me chills.

I had watched this on my phone at first and then watched with my partner on the TV and I actually wept through the endo melting scene. my guy cooked, ate, left no crumbs, didnt even leave any dishes. THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING. like thats it. everyone else can go home. dude didnt just make a timeline vid, he produced a whole ass movie, and one thats more entertaining then anything ive seen in theaters in years. but at the very core of it, this video is amazing because is so perfectly represents what FNaF stands for: evolved storytelling, inspiration and artistry. scott made a little game so many years ago and now we have such talented individuals and groups of people coming together to create joys of work like this for us to enjoy. its just splendid.

This was AMAZING. The short scenes really helped elevate this. The one with the endoskeletons getting melted really hit hard, and showed something not many people think about, and that's the tragedy the MCIs went through. I just really wanna give props to everyone who worked on this video! mainly the animators who have improved so much in the last couple years (Oh my god tk and beezag!) The composition of each shot and the lighting, especially with the dark gloomy colours, it gives such a dreadful atmosphere and sells the melancholy of the story so perfectly! the scene of springbonnie carrying the kid was so heartbreaking yet so narratively satisfying (in the most morbid way lmfao) i never really considered fnaf's timeline to be well written in all honesty, but with the well delivered narration, amazing soundtrack and gorgeously terrifying visuals, it's like a totally different story! props to everyone here you all did an amazing job, and i cannot wait for the next part! :)
