I remember hundreds of players in the islands hub waiting for the new game, and the countdown finished and the portal popped up everyone was so hyped and the game was so enjoyable. that was the good days. I also remember the massive economic crash in islands on dv trophies, legacy food processors and tier 2 vendings, previously worth around half a billion coins, all went down to practically free because of duping. lasted a few days then the devs wiped all dv trophies and legacy food processors down to about 3 or 4

2:16 they have to changed their name from Skyblock to Skyblox, then to Islands cuz of copyright but then got taken down, simon [owner of hypixel] said they didnt copyright strike them. so it was a mystery only took 4-6days, just for the game to comeback up & running 6:19 *correction, players hated it*. it got so bad to the point that the general chat needs to extend the cooldown from 5s-30s so the devs announced that they're gonna add 2 more free kits & 1 more free kit to the "free kits of the week" rotation

Anyways, like I was saying you don't have to be an OG of the game to know all the information about it. Like for an EXAMPLE, in MM2 many OG's who had played at the start playing now may not have noticed the secret room in the lobby. Though, it is very common to find and easy PLEASE don't push any hate on other people it's pretty disrespectful in my opinion. as a player since about January-February of 2021, I'm going to put my opinion, and if there's enough likes, ill expand it Islands was a great game. You cannot deny it, however duping did heavily affect the game. I thankfully started a bit after "the big wipe" The KZbin for it was steady and the creators were good. I played bedwars the day it was released. I personally thought it wasn't as good as islands, and only played a couple of games. I started playing it more later, and I can say that it was a great game. Kits were being released every week, and new items and game modes were always good. The Battle Pass was an incredible item, and I admit to spending a lot of time grinding on it. Obviously, hackers were a problem but with such a big game, you rarely encounter them. The best time for Roblox Bedwars for me was around the time of Lassy, when kits were being released weekly. I am not going to comment on Battle Pass Season 2, as I didn't play at that time The first real problem was later on in its life, starting with Yuzi. Bundles are bad. The Void Regent was the most OP kit for a long time, until Battle Pass Season 3 came out. My god was Aery broken. It was the most OP kit, and if you are good enough at PVP, it still is. I will admit to spending Robux to buy levels on the last day of Battle Pass Season, just because of how OP it truly is. I feel ranked matches were a problem as you found a hacker, EVERY GAME. Emphasis on the EVERY. (A side note, I don't like the "new" bedwars map with the expanded stuff, the old one was better for me.) Prop Hunt sucked. I played one match and hated it There are massive gaps in the map to make it harder, but you don't know that, and end up falling in, and welcome to the seeker's team. I am not saying I am glad it got taken down, as I know some people enjoyed it, but I didn't, personally. That's about it really. If I get enough likes I will expand deeper. Who remembers when Almost everyone hated the Aquatic update since it added Oily crops and almost everyone needed to rework their Auto farm and some poor people like me Can't afford to Get the Washing Machine and Thus we needed to Spend hours on end hoping to get a Propeller or 3 Pearls. Yeah I'm doing good now in Islands also who remembers the Old rock models since I joined a day before the Grape Update.

Prop Hunt isn't gone forever, it was a prototype and to be expected to be permanently open in Summer.

In roblox islands when they wiped everyone’s items. Basically if you bought a duped item, that was wiped. If you sold a duped item the money you got from it would’ve been wiped. Players weren’t able to know if their items they got were duped or not. Which made everyone quit the game. The second time duping was going crazy, they didn’t wipe any items but instead simply just fixed the bug. But the first wipe was a lot more crazier because duping went on for 8 months.
