Mingyur, Rinpoche, thank you so much for posting videos and being a part of youtube. I just need to tell you how good it is that I have found your instructions and to thank you. The one thing about meditation that has been so helpful is having you, as a professional, guide me with your helpful comments. You really have helped me focus on the right thing. And I have found a very subtle, stable joy in my awareness. Thank you so much. In addition to my gratitude, I want also to say that the way you have prepared your instructions and your videos says a lot. I mean, your words and ideas are so simple and easy to understand, and the videos are short and to the point, that you don't overwhelm or confuse the newcomer. That also is a blessing. Thank you.

Thank you for your thoughtful and informative insights. I am finally starting to "get it" after years of trying with little success. I have begun gaining small amounts of time in holding it. A different outlook is permeating my entire information processing system, and I owe a lot of it to you, by sharing your wisdom. For me, you are the "Monkey Mind Whisperer". (No disrespect intended, I mean no offense with my humor.) ~Blessings!

Thank you for your video I was taught that meditation is the ending of self, ego/ this is started by understanding thought, all thought =emotions /is from the past ending it is be aware ,and have attention ( something complete!)!! To be aware is to be in the moment!! It's just the beginning he's talking about it 😂 and this space he's referring to is peace 😉 ! Inner complete peace! No difference from the outside to the inside 😁

Thank you, sir. This is very helpful. I've always had a hyper mind, but lately it has been going berzerk. And there are all these weird emotions as well. I had more or less come up with something similar to this just as a survival mode from the overload of trying to make sense of everything, so seeing this was very comforting. And i've always had an affinity for space, so i trusted you right away :D ha ha Thanks again

meditation itself basically isn't concerned how you feel. Meditation is simply focusing on awareness. But simply being awake is also not meditation.

Dear Tergar Team, thank you so much for making the precious content available. Is there a possibility of Mingyur some day recording a teaching on how to see through the illusion of the self, as in the Dzogchen practice of searching for the searcher? I am sure Mingyur's clarity of teaching would be very helpful for those pursuing this insight. In any case, all the best to all of you!
@TheTauchsieder8 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the quick answer. I see what you are saying, I have heard of these restrictions before.. It fills me with wonder, that these reportedly deeply liberating and fundamental teachings are kept 'hidden', to some extent, from novices, while other teachings are spread so generously. So much wisdom is shared openly out of compassion, to make the world better, which is so wonderful. And the insights pointed out by Dzogchen practice are from what I hear the most complete relief from suffering possible.. the unveiling of the illusion of there being a sufferer. Is there considered to be some sort of danger to unprepared reception of these teachings, or is it simply a matter of tradition? I am really curious. Best, Daniel

I think there is no danger on receiving advanced teachings, but could be similar to try describe a color to a person that have never see. Excuse my english, i'm brazilian.
