I have irregular bradycardia (pulse 55). On Metoprolol Tratrate 25mg. Sometimes I feel jittery. I take the med 2 times /day (breakfast and dinner. I’ve been on it fo 10 years. Currently 77 years young.Thanks for all you videos❤🙏🏼

My two neighbors got AFib after recovering from Covid. Before that they were healthy and fine for 90 y/o, active and busy. After covid and now w/ AFib they've gone down hill. One neighbor has been in and out of the hospital and last week she was found on her tile floor after a full day with a broken hip and shoulder. The other neighbor after covid now with AFib has been filled with a lot of body pain and edema. The 3rd neighbor had a stroke after her bout with Covid. You'd never know because she bounced back and runs circles around everyone. The two things these two w/AFib have in common before and still is they both eat a lot of sweets and those frozen dinners. I've tried talking to them about eating healthier but they both have the same reply, "We've lived this long we think we know what we're doing". My other neighbor tells me to leave them alone, "let them eat what they want, at their age why does it matter". But I still worry.

Thanks for sharing. We as people tend to get set in our ways and less flexible to changing, however we can continue to check in and try to advise as you are doing. They may or may not receive it well, however, we can continue to pray for God to lead them and they may accept our counsel, or God may direct them through another person.
