The celtics said they celebrated in the locker room like they had won the series. Everyone felt the tidal wave of momentum shifting. As a longtime Warriors fan, we believed in Curry, Klay, and Dray. We knew if they could get past game 4 in Boston, we'd stand a chance. Definitely one of Currys most memorable games.

I think that game is definitely THE legacy game of his career. You pick one game the highlight his greatness and that is the one. The last 3min of the Olympics though I think is his legacy moment and arguably will be the one sequence of basketball he will forever be remembered for. It is for me one of the greatest basketball sequences ever recorded. And to dial it all the way down to a single play, it has to be that final 3 in the Olympics.....finally a shot that could replace his BANG BANG against the Thunder (also arguably one of the greatest regular season games of all time)

@@joshcarsonjc3 Thanks for pointing out the last TWO games because that Serbia game had everything. But it has my second favorite moment of Steph's from the games. The first quarter from the corner that is a rainbow shot, turns while ball is in flight, looks at his bench, the shot drains like a meteorite, the bench jump up around Curry, he bops up and down with 'em like it be a rav block party before sprinting back up court for D. ***the first fav is that insane final circus shot against France. The reason this Championship is the sweetest is because this trophy wasn't dreamed of the beginning of the season. This Championship was the result of hard work and planning and heartache and sacrifice and willpower and consistently and belief and more hard work from the day the Warriors went home as losers after they lost Klay and KD. They really really really worked their asses to get back on top. Watch the highlights of the 2021 season. With Bazemore, Oubre Jr., and some "hopeful" rookies that never really reached their potential.... Curry was a monster. A mythical super player you never noticed because the Warriors had a horrible record and Draymond was still recovering and Klay was still out & Wiggins was like fish out of water and Poole was raw. But Steph knew all his buddies and their super weapons will be primed and ready by 2022. Ironically, Warriors should thank Smart. That special move he did with the dive to Steph's knee and rolling around til he managed to roller pin Steph's ankle made sure Steph got the rest mid season and players like Otto Porter Jr., Poole, Wiggins and Klay would be ready. Imagine how much damage the Warriors could have done if GP2 didn't get clocked by Dillon the Villain. It was a magical season. Hope they can do at least 1 more. I want to see Steph retire w 5 Chips. Maybe 6.

Why does Curry have to always prove time after time that he is at the same level of Lebron in this era? They act like that 2016 series was with KD, get your facts right, it was a massacre when he actually had another super star for the next 2 and a half years. When your greatest opponent says No Lead Is Safe because of Curry and the fact that he doesn't need to prove to anyone but himself that he isn't a choker, sometimes changing the game is about leaving a legacy that you have never seen before.

One of my favorite Steph Curry games is Game 6 of the 2018-2019 WCSF against Houston Rockets without KD. He practically didn't score in the first half but went bananas by scoring 33 points in the second half including back-to-back bomb from three, and was capped by Thompson's dagger to send the James Harden, Chris Paul, and the Rockets home. EVERY SINGLE ONE of these so called "analysts" counted them out of that series the moment KD got injured. It was one the most satisfying series that I've ever watched as a Warriors fan.

I don't know why people sleep on Curry. Once he starts feeling it, it's lights our. Did you notice that Curry stopped shooting half court shots and resorted to just shooting from the line? In all honesty, step backs and side step shots don't require concentration. That's why Steph is still playing at the level he is. He's not young anymore so he's not dancing anymore and not doing those crazy half court shots.

Before even watching this, there are so many players who get the benefit of the doubt, i.e. LeBron should have had one of Warriors' rings. No one talks about how many rings Steph would have minus Klay and KD going down. Anyone who needed this to prove Steph's value should never say anyone who won fewer than four rings great. Rings is a myopic way to gauge greatness, but at least be consistent.

Hot take: 2022 was only necessary for Steph's "legacy" from people who don't understand the game, and honestly 2022 chip only served to further cement people not understanding what has made Steph TRULY great for his entire career.. because those people can still only understand the most obvious part of the game (scoring), and that's actually not what makes Steph's game truly special.
