Thank you so much for your encouragement and for commenting. And you’re absolutely right! I wanted to share my story because I know someone needs to know they are not alone. And I’m grateful for your support and the support of others. It is fascinating, and challenging, to be able to be social but still feel the anxiety and the energy drain in the end. I learned that is from years of masking.
