@@joshbrz8902 That’s the point. His schtick is just being a quirky & calm lighthearted, warm personality to contrast the dark topics that he covers. It eases the viewers nerves but also makes his videos’ persona more relatable & likable, while intentionally having his sense of humor not be over the top to take away from the video & topic *too* much. I highly encourage you to take that into consideration & watch more of his videos, starting from his roots. Mike is a pleasant guy to watch & seeing him become more comfortable on screen through each video will give you a bit more insight into the theme he presents. Quite frankly he is my absolute favorite True Crime KZbinr, and favorite Non-primarily Comedy focused personality on this platform. He’s a intelligent fellow. At first, you may think “Why should I take him serious?”. Well, for example, he reminds me of Dr. Spencer Reid in Criminal Minds portrayed brilliantly by Matthew Gray Gubler. A handsome guy with a tiny hint of awkward that is purely pure; yet very intelligent in criminal psychology. I’m curious if Mike is actually a Criminology student. Nevertheless, hope that perspective gives you some insight into this channel. I also hope you stick around. I’ve been a sub for about 3 maybe 4 months now & I’ve managed to find myself watching all of his published videos. He grows on ya. Cheers 🍻
