Falcon is really fun to watch in action. The flexibility of his movements combined with a vulnerability of his design really engages you. You feel like he's gonna get shot out of the sky at any moment and when he lands you breathe a sigh of relief.

Redwing is basically god. He is small and light enough to easily carry around in a backpack, has enough thrust to push him past 300 kph, has two missiles , an actual gun with bullets, and a laser.

And pretty unfair to say he almost lost to 4 guys in wing suits. It's clear here that that's just untrue. He's simply chasing those guys down, and he is maneuvering around/fighting helicopters, with machine gun fire and missiles. With no armor. Don't treat it like the wingmen are the only things he's facing, now. That's just being unfair and trying to sell him short. Not to mention he's the one Captain America entrusted his title and shield to. Falcon, honestly, is anything but unnecessary.
