Why do Westerners, specifically women want to spend as little time as they can with their "soulmate?" Why don't you want to be with the "love of your life" when you're young?

@OdaSwifteye8 ай бұрын
28:30 That's pretty accurate. My father's side of the family basically has church going as a passion, hobby, and family business, and that side of the family wants women to be seen and not heard. Part of why my parents broke up. My mom was too intelligent and ambitious to settle for just being a housewife (also, she put no points into cooking and cleaning, so it was awkward to have that role).

Not married as a 34 year old man. I just don't want to get married. I don't want to be a husband or a father because I don't think I would be good at either. The three mental disabilities that I have make it hard for me to see otherwise. Keep your judgements to yourself please. I will take my own self awareness over social stigma.

I think another reason for body count is to see how many bodies in x amount of time because 10 people in a year vs 10 people in 15 years tells a different story. IMO if you sleep around with a lot of people in a short amount of time it can display how you view relationships how casual you are. and/or display how good you might be at keeping a person around if someone is looking for longevity in a relationship it might be important to them to know

I think it’s definitely not okay to ask body count. I’m 30 & attractive and ive literally never met anyone who has asked that question. That’s a very online thing to do and hella fuckin weird. Unless your deep into a relationship and it just comes up randomly, but never ever ask that when your dating. Super creepy
@tinymouse28767 ай бұрын
And no I don’t have a high body count, it has nothing to do with the actual number. That’s just such a weird thing to ask somebody. The only super personal sexual question you should ask is if you’ve been tested since your last person you’ve been with(if your both planning on sleeping together)

I’m nuetral on Kevin Samuels, but I have conducted research on him because of his rise to popularity. My read on him is that he is a pro-black supporter that actually cares about relationships. It’s just that he’s “High Value Man” shtick was the brand that sticks with him the most. Back story about him, he first did things like cologne reviews from major/expensive brands. Overtime he started focusing on men issues. And if you think he was harsh about women, he was even more harsh with men. But he claimed that over time, he started to notice women being obsessed with what they called the “High value man”. So he created a facebook matchmaker group and survayed women looking for these types of men, asking what criteria do they use to considered if a man is a HVM. He then claimed he found men who fit their critieria and surveyed them to find out what type of women they searched for. And that’s where he “found a major incongruency”. My take was that he used this HVM persona to show women that the men that they claim to desire weren’t the men they actually wanted/needed. That’s why, before he’d harshly criticize them, he’d ask them what they looked for in a man (They’d usually answer with the criteria list of a HVM). He’d then harshly criticize them using the critiria that he claim he got from HVM to either: show them what they need to change in order to be with a HVM or to not persue them all together. He’d also constantly explained those men are the top 1% of men in gen pop, and that there was a 10% chance to get with this archetype and the only way to get within that range was that you had to be a “10”. (Math ain’t mathin, but there’s a reason for this) One thing you rarely see other’s cover about him is that he constantly advocated for the working classmen, telling women not to overlook these type of men. He’d tell women to adjust their standards to make themselves available to the men around them, rather than chasing the fantasy of the HVM. There are plenty of things you can rightfully criticize him for. And you can easily breakdown my opinion of him to view him in another light. I personally think he was kinda bad at explaining what he was trying to do, and what his core message was. I also think him getting big off of women bashing led to the likes of the modern RP culture, which is kinda trash tbh. And I also think the modern RP perversed the message he was trying to convey (which was still exacerbated by himself [Bad explainer perk]). I think he hated the fact that a lot of women were pointlessly pursue the stupid archetype, and tried to be harsh to dissuade them from it (Which sounds kinda like a dumb strat in my opinion, but hey). Also, before he died, he was beefing with F&F and was trying to find was to get rid of them. So, you can feel how you want to feel about him, don’t care too much. I’m just channeling my inner Britney Simmon’s and “giving a philosophical breakdown of his perspective” lol.

I agree high body count all around is degen. But they had a pretty good reason why it's more accepted for men. If someone beat a really hard video game on easy with a bunch of cheat codes vs someone on the hardest difficulty no cheats. It would be more impressive for the latter. Which is how it is with men and women it's way easier for a woman to sleep with a bunch of dudes . It makes sense but it's degen shit.

I know plenty of men who women throw themselves at. They don't have to work for it, they are just normal people. I also know women who men don't even look at, much less want to be intimate with. Men sleeping around is unattractive to the majority of women that I personally know. It's just a risk of STDs, cervical cancer and babies on the side.
