Sam is really making a good decision to leave the police, as he really makes some poor professional choices, doesn't he?! Why does he tell the neighbor of his parents that he'd met her husband? Why does he not only take the suspect female driver back to his home - not to the police station? Then fondles her hair? Then leaves her to make drinks?? Boggles the mind, except solely to be the most expedient method of moving the "drama" forward. Still, I'm hooked!! hehe

This is the worst Durbridge thriller I've seen so far. The police procedure is absolutely dire. There is no way Sam Harvey would take a witness to his flat and question her. With the documentary evidence against her, he would have to speak to her under caution.
