I've been making some turon here in Canada..but the problem there's no saba banana here.. But any way we'd had diff.kind of banana but still the best is saba.. My husband from south America and he did not know turon.. I cooked for him and his family and the love it. But my topings was condence milk.. This one so yummy.. I will have done it.

Interesting take on the classic turon. Usually the jack fruit is placed inside but this and the original rhum-a version makes better sense. Jack fruit jam is a common thing we make when its jack fruit season. The sauce reminds me of a fancier version of that.
