He is amazing. When I was young, 8 or so, my friends and I would go to golf course just up the road. We always needed a little spending money for the candy store, so we'd go into the water traps and get the errant balls. I new absolutely nothing about snapping turtles. Well, I got a little learning one day, when my buddy stepped on one. Sounded like the scream form a grade B horror movie. It came really close to taking his little toe, which was little anyway. I quit the golf course and we started picking up coke bottles for 15 cents a six pack.

I remember watching this in 2009. The only thing I remembered from it was him saying - "I don't have a horn so I just do this yeee-hooo!" Cracked me up

I love anybody with a good heart and a positive attitude and teeth or no teeth that smile makes me smile he seems like a real good dude and definitely the type you want around if you got some kind of critters that will take a finger or a handoff or poison you

He killed many animals illegally and abused lots of animals and went to jail. That's why his show was canceled. He wasnt a "genuine" guy he straight up admitted he doesnt care about the animals

He truly is one of a kind. I spent two days with him, and Neal(Rest in peace). Everything you see in the videos, is very real. I can’t testify for the time he was accused of staging animals. I wasn’t there. At the time, he and Neal were just reaching out to the Discovery channel, and the odds were looking to be in their favor. I was happy for them. I have some very fond memories of those two.

The fact he still has all of his fingers is testament to how skilled he as catching these dangerous creatures. He appears to be a genuinely nice man who is comfortable with who he is, and his lifestyle, how many of us can honestly say that ?
