I love how you brought up the gameplay evolution in relation to the narrative. It was always my favourite detail how the badeline boss fights changed as the story progressed, going from running as a means to avoid the invitable to then ending on going through hardship simply to face the other part of you and try to reconsile with it. The meaning of this game goes way deeper than most people think at first glance. I got the platinum 100% and bought it on steam aswell. Right now im playing strawberry jam mod and its so fun.

Strawberry Jam is litterally the best mod I’ve ever played for any videogame ever. It took me over 250 hours to complete it and I loved every second of it. I went into it thinking I was gonna stop at the intermediate lobby and I wouldn’t be able to beat anything harder than that but I ended up beating the entire mod from beginner to grandmaster. For me this game is about progression, looking at something and thinking “I could never do that” but then trying it and suddenly it seems doable. It might take a long time but you can do pretty much anything if you really want to

I'm in intermediate lobby right now and I just think my only problems are with some of the gimmicks the levels have which are either really fun and cool or really annoying and bad design. The UFO crash one and the jump orb one in beginner lobby were the worst. I usually just skip bad levels but idk if that's a bad thing to do

if your detemend to do it you can do every chapter deathless except ch9 in around one hundred hours, if your ok at platformers
