Big sized gods can be totally dopey puppies. I've only ever been nipped by a medium sized cross bred (saw my walking stick and apparently its previous owner would beat the poor dog with one), and I have had a foot play fight attacked by a pug puppy that tickled greatly because of the licking. It's not the size of the dog, it's the size of the fight in the dog

Big dogs are actually "puppies" longer. Ask a vet. My MIL has a Rottweiler, and he wasn't fully grown until 2 years old. My Pom- Jack will stop growing at 18 months. They probably refer to them as puppies because they had the father and still have the mother. Once you get into a habit, it's hard to come out of Also, I have a teenager, and he will always be my baby.

Litigants spend so long building up a case as amateur lawyers, they are so eager to share their argument. Once JJ seems to side with them legally, they want to go all out and bring up all the points they wanted to make. But if they were smart, her siding with them is the point they should stop participating. They should only bring up their arguments IF there is a misconception their evidence can clarify.

My friends parents had a Rott and the neighbors had Huskies. The huskies stuck their face through the fence slots and bit the Rott and wouldn't let go. The neighbors were friends, so they didnt want to sue. So they agreed that the neighbors would pay for a metal screen to go onto the fence separating their property. Everyone who has dogs should have this kind of barrier on their fences. It would prevent accidents like this happening.

How is that fence supposed to even keep his Border Collie in his own yard? Usually borders are lean dogs, it could slip through the gaps of those bars. Another case of neglect on the owner's ends it seems. Some of yall are really REACHING with your logic 🙄 The defendants most likely refer to them as “the puppies” to distinguish them bc they own the parents as well…not to “minimize their viciousness”. The name “Bad Boy” is most likely bc he’s the maybe the most mischievous out of the puppies . When people own more than one puppy, esp litter mates, often times you name/nickname them based on their personalities. Dogs will always be just what they are…. dogs. And bc one breed is stronger/larger than another does not automatically make it viscous. It is an owners responsibility to educate themselves on the breed of dog they own and train/maintain/supervise that dog properly. Its unfortunate the situation happened but its wrong to automatically villainize larger dogs when smaller dog owners act irresponsibly and cause incidents!

I had an akita,next door neighbors had an older female shepard mix.6 ft wooden fence divided the yard.the shepard would throw herself against the fence constantly challenging my younger female,who would challenge back.my pup was well trained and on command would stop instantly,their dog wouldn't quit on commands which made the owner mad at me cuz how dare i have a dog that upset theirs..i put up a temporary fence 3 feet back on my side so my pup couldn't go near the fence.but still,that dog,if she heard my pup out in yard,would continue throwing herself against fence,making it crack.the neighbors called the landlord insisting i have to have 0 dogs.landlord came over,saw my pup being calm in the yard while other dog was going wacko on the fence and sternly told them either they control its behavior or put up a fence like i did or they will have to get rid of dog and pay for the repairs of the fence.message was loud and clear and they ended up moving cuz they felt its all my fault for daring to have a dog that upset their dog because my dog was in her own backyard and they refused to supervise dog or put up a fence like i did..in their minds i should of gotten rid of my dog right away cuz their dog didn't like other dogs

Take a moment to consider, if it were a child instead of a dog. The child reaches its arm across the fence, a most harmless thing to do at home. And those dogs tear the child's arms apart. You might blame the parents for not teaching said child well but my question is: is reaching across the fence reason enough for said child to be seriously injured and maimed? The defendant's dogs are the problem.

I’m wondering why the defendants are getting so much hate in the comments when it’s obvious their dogs stayed in their compound. People truly are mostly just emotional about even the most basic information. The border collie owners should put up a fence with no gaps in them or if the owners of the fence are okay with it, they could install some sort of removable covering that would not damage the existing fence. Sorry the dogs got hurt but if your neighbor has dogs, particular certain breeds, you should be proactive and not assume the Rottweiler would love your dog. They never left their compound but your dog’s snout left his.
