You are simply amazing. I am in the process to do my IVF and the DR told me a list of supplement to take for egg quality and its crazy I started to watch your video about 3 month ago and I was taking Ubiquinol and vitamin D and also Prenatal. Everything you said she told me to take. I don't know how to take you. You are truly a good person. Thank you!

Simple! If everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.

hey Charlene, thank you so much for another great video. Being influenced immediately I bought a little blood glucose monitoring kit for myself to play with :-) my question is, how do you mean by "the before meal and 30-60 min after meal blood sugar level should be consistent" you mean it should be the same (mine was 4.8 before meal and 6.0 sixty minutes after, so is this not good, should it be 4.8 after meal too? Or it should always be the same like 4.8 before meal and 6.0 after every single time I eat? I hope my questinis clear, I was trying really hard to simplify it...:-) thank you

Hi Judit, Thank you for your question. I am not familiar with the numeric measurement of your meter ie numbers like 4.8. With the blood glucose meter I use I would test right before I eat. Say (for example) my number is 100. Then I would eat my meal. 30-60 minutes after the start of my meal I would test again. My goal would be for the number to be pretty consistent meaning around 100. One of my mentors, Dr William Davis made a video regarding this that you could find helpful. Please keep me posted! Watch=> kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYXYqKB9d7GqhtU

@@fertility-coach Thank you for The quick response, So basically 4.8 ( which is considered totally normal blood sugar level in my country, Hungary) should be around 4.8 30-60 minutes after my meal. So obviously less potatoes for me. Very very useful video, also Doctor Davis’, thanks a million 🙏🏻 I will spread this word like crazy, such a key info about our body

I went vegan 5 years ago to try to help with my fertility. After no luck, I just incorporated animal protein back into my diet.

I know vegans don't like me saying this but for some it can really deplete them.

Charlene is it true you can have regular periods every 30 days and not be ovulating. I’m 37 and have gotten pregnant before but I bought this fertility monitor that has been showing “High” but it doesn’t peak. Meaning no LH surge detected. So now it has me doubting if I ovulate. I don’t understand. I’m I menopausal or something

Hi Brenda, It is possible. I would personally chart my BBT and cervical mucous. It's a wealth of knowledge and use the Mira app. I recommend Mira because it gives you 99% lab accuracy for the following : LH, Progesterone and (I believe now) Estrogen and gives you a fertility score. I found OPK kits were very unreliable for me and made me very anxious. Which one are you using?
