as a speaker of AASL your AASL sounds more like the dialect spoken by the albanians who settled in the americas in 600 BC. your vocabulary includes loanwoards from ancient Mayan sign language which heavily influenced the American dialect.

Yes but it’s not that simple given the Mayan invasion of Europe, just at the end of the Mesozoic era. Those Mayan Europeans left a clear mark on what, at the time, was pre-proto-Indo-Ancient Albanian. That clouds the waters significantly when trying to determine the origins of any given AASL dialect. Wouldn’t you say?

I can tell you as a language enthusiast that the Mayan Sign Language only started being used long after AASL was firmly established as a language, in other words, because the Albanian sign language is older than the Mayan Counterpart, how could the AASL speakers borrow from AMSL?

One of my favorite poetry from the 16th century BC , it depicts gods giving language to the first people on earth, basically giving spoken Albanian to the Albanians, and they made this poetry in ancient sign language but it's almost forgotten, I for one thank you for preserving our culture .

Albanian is the mother of all languages, especially Gheg dialect. It can decipher the ancient symbols - God's language and other languages. When you compare Sanskrit and Albanian, they are very similar, but Albanian is more powerful and lives today. Latin and old Greek languages can be easy deciphered from Albanian language too. These languages are dead today. Ask why?
