The Dragonballs are only limited to make by some specific Namekians. The Namekian has to be from the Dragon Clan like Dende or the original Namekian, who split up into Kami and Piccolo. In the Manga/Anime there were only two other known incidents where Dragonballs are made. The Namekian who made the Super Dragonballs from DB Super and another who we get to know in the later DB Super Manga.

That moment when you realize that Mr Satan is currently the only character in DBZ who hasn't died at least once. And he just tanked two hits from Kid Buu. Mr Satan is built different. They can't wish for Buu to cease to exist; the balls can't kill someone stronger than the person who created them. The wishes can't effect a 3rd party that's stronger than the balls without their consent (for example, the balls couldn't be used to wish Goku back to earth after the fight with Frieza, because he refused). They tried to use the Dragon Balls to kill Vegeta and Nappa, but it couldn't do it. Kid Buu would be far beyond the Dragon Balls capability.

To answer your question about the Dragon Balls. Yes there are more dragons out there and more Dragon balls. In Dragon Ball Super, you have the Super dragon balls, and currently in the Manga, there is another set of balls (2 balls as opposed to 7) that belong to the planet Cereal.

You'll have to wait till super to confirm if there are more Dragons and Dragon Balls. But remember that the Namekians created the Dragon Balls so they'd have to have settled on another planet. The only reason Earth has a set is because Kami created a set long ago when he was separated from Demon King Piccolo (Piccolo's evil father essentially)

Majin Buu killed most of mankind. Super Buu killed the rest, and turned the Z Gang into chocolate or absorbed them. Kid Buu destroyed earth, and many other planets. Buu has done more damage than Frieza or Cell could ever hope for.

There are a lot more dragon balls out there. But they’re only mentioned in other works. Db gt had the black star dragon balls, stronger than earth’s current balls, but destroyed the planet they were used on in a year’s time The lore in dragonball super introduced the ‘super dragon balls’ these orbs are as big as planets, and are divided between 2 universes. The super manga also mentioned the “proto dragon balls” of which there were only 2. Notably smaller and weaker than all others. And now I’m pulling hairs, but shenron was overhauled twice. Once by Kami, once by dende.

I always thought it genius to use the Spirit Bomb to destroy Buu. I always imagined it took out Buu because it was said the Spirit Bomb destroys evil, regardless of the magic the evil being possesses, Kid Buu obviously being evil to the core. So it's as though all other ki attacks don't have that authority but the Spirit Bomb.. but it obviously needs to be powerful enough to carry out the task. To me this was the only way I could accept Buu being destroyed by it completely and not merely coming back through smoke like he always did.

Normally all the buu’s have infinite stamina and ki. The reason why fatbuu is getting tired is because when its buu vs buu the damage stays. Thats why you see fatbuu buu getting beat by and taking great damage from physical attacks as well.
