I recently went through some life changing bullshit recently. I had always been told “you should be a salesman.” “You can do it.” “You could be a salesguy.” ZERO confidence in myself, I had more faith in a customer or boss fucking me over. But man…. I had a bit of growing up lately at the ripe age of 35 and realized…. FUCK the world, I’m coming in with my nuts hanging, I’m getting what I want, I’m getting that customer what they want, and whatever I want to earn, im going to get it. Then I started looking for sales motivation videos and I was like, “all this shit sucks. All they’re doing is trying to sell their bullshit motivational books again.” Then lo and behold, I come across this name, Jordan Bellfort. THAT guy. But I didn’t know him as the wolf of wall street. I heard him on Joey Diaz’s Church if what’s happening now. After that, again, no confidence in myself. I’m just a laborer. NOT ANYMORE. I’m a salesman fooling myself into thinking I only deserve what some assholes said they have allotted to me. FUCK that. So I got hype ass all hell and can’t sleep because I can’t stop seething at how I need to go get what’s mine and what belongs to my family. Everyone tells me no, but that’s only because they want a piece of the pie, too. We guess what? I want the fucking pie. And conveyor belt it fell off of. After this, I came across this guy’s video again, and Jesus Christ… I aggressively and instinctually knew what I need to do and how to behave, how to carry myself. I was traumatized so many times in life that I felt defeated I thought that I was supposed to be some simple person. Well, if that’s what I want, why not? There is nothing wrong with a simple life. THAT SAID, I’m going to fight for that simple life but so that I can provide for my family, and the excess? God is telling me to just go ahead and keep what I want, but give the rest away to people who need it. WHY? Because I believe God is going to reward me for being giving? God isn’t stupid. He doesn’t bargain. But what he HAS made clear is that this world has WAY more than enough, IF YOU WANT IT. Basically, don’t be a stingy cunt and keep it all, but don’t be scared to put your hand in the bowl and lift it to your mouth, or even just take the bowl! It’s your’s! Thank you, Sir. This shit is golden. I’m showing my wife since she’s already in sales

I think I was a natural saleswoman since elementary school. I put candy in a bag and sold to the school kids. Then I got all of my brothers baseball card collection and sold them in elementary 😂. We weren’t broke I just wanted to sell stuff . I also took over my mothers Avon business. The day I knew I was good at this was when I worked as a business administrator I was really bored that day and collected $60k for my boss from a company who wouldn’t pay them. All I got was a thank you from him and quit after that and never went back to work for a paycheck in my life again! To this point I’m selling and I’m good at even convincing people to get a car detail in the rain, to buy when they thought the market was bad and to close because it’s the best feeling in the world
