Being of a similar vintage to your father, I can feel the pride , and as you are a similar age to my own son, I can sense the feeling of achievement; I also appreciate the contribution of your mother! As a Morgan driver, it was such a joy to see this work of art drive under its own steam. Good luck with your career, we'll wait with bated breath for further updates. Greetings from a fan in the UK

You're lucky to have a Dad like that with such a great shop and knowledge. Car looks good, seams in the Boat tail came out nice, proportions are right. Seat to dash looks a little tight. I added 8" to seat area at the bottom of the scuttle and boat tail. Ground clearance can be adjusted by raising the hairpins in the front and steering control. Suspension works! Gives you renewed energy when you take it for a spin! Engine turned dash? Cowhide seat? Knock-offs? Dash mag? Make sure you visit Mullins and the Peterson since you're in California, I did while I was building mine.

Mate , I know there were times during this build that you wanted to smash it to bits , set fire too it and walk away. The fact that you haven't is one of the most impressive things about it. I take my hat off to some serious dedication and a super cool build.

Massive respect! This has been a courageous project from day 1 and most of the build would have foxed seasoned professionals let alone a high-school graduate. You've been willing to push the envelope at every stage of the build. It's always a pleasure to watch people travel outside their comfort zone when it comes to skill acquisition and thinking laterally regarding problem solving. I'm sure many on here would join me in wishing you every success in your future endeavours. As someone who began a vintage car restoration at 18 and had to abandon it due to a lack of resources and build-space, I've been watching your project with mounting envy and excitement. Kudos!

i'm very late to comment, but need to say it. Not sure if you understand the significance of what happens at 6:34, but it's probably the closest thing to the meaning of life. You and your dad both nod in acknowledgement (together) when the engine does exactly what you thought it would. It's confirming, affirming, and because you both share it, endearing. Congrats man; this was such a special moment for a lot of reasons!
