My dad's 81, and still runs a few times a week. Not fast, and not too far (5 miles or so), but he's an inspiration to the whole family, as I'm sure you are to your friends and family. It works both ways, so keep it up as long as you can!

Bro, as a ultra runner and specialty running store owner, I suggest you switch from Hoka One One to Altra next time, Altra Trail shoes have wider toe box, and you won't have any issue wearing them with Injinji Socks from the beginning to the end of a Ultra. Let's try the Altra Olympus 4 next time, you will love it.
