Instead of telling yourself over and over again that this is going to be really hard, speak more positive things surrounding this challenge. “This is a good challenge and it’ll help my body” “I am capable of doing difficult things” “I am going to feel so much better”. It’ll make this change much better

If you have a high powered blender, you can make your own nut milks. The milks you find at the stores have oils and other fillers. Cashew milk is the only one that you do not need to strain. They blend right all up. Other nut milks you need to strain but it is worth the work. And honestly it is not a lot of work. It takes a few minutes.

If/when you reintroduce butter, you should consider switching to ghee. If you don't already know, ghee is just basically clarified butter, which is butterfat that has been purified of the lactose and milk solids. It's so simple to make and it has a long list of health benefits so I thought I'd mention it here. Wishing each of you all the best! 💜💙💚💛🧡❤

One interesting idea to look into as well is leaky gut. In a past video you said, I’m allergic to everything I eat. The idea with leaky gut is that your food leaches into your bloodstream which is why it makes sense that you’d be allergic to what you eat. I’ve struggled with it. But the gut and brain are fully connected and we’re actually derived from the same cell.

I just wanted to tell you that turkey can be good and juicy. I cook my turkey in a Reynold's turkey bag at Thanksgiving. It cooks in the oven in its own steam. It only takes about 2 to 2.5 hours for a 18 lb turkey. The smaller the turkey would be less time and the white and dark meat are juicy. Also you can smoke a turkey and it is really tasty and juicy.
