This looks really great and I looked for your recipie quantities in this scran so I can try making it myself tomorrow but after searching for 30 minutes approx all I could find was making the filling and states "see notes" for how to make the crust pie but I still could not find the recipie or the notes thanks anyway

Why my dough becomes so soft and stick to the surface? I dont know what else can I do. I cant evem roll it onto the pan. I keep failing. Is it over butter?

I am no pro, but I imagine you are not keeping the dough cold enough :) use cold butter, water and stick it in the freezer for 10 mins if getting sticky to shock the butter back to solid.
