Tyrs Hand is in my Mind under Light's Hope Chapel You learn that in the DK staring Quests (Battle for Light's Hope Chapel) where the Ashbringer sword gets cleansed by "holy Land" and even the LK himself is stunned.

If the veil is protecting the world of Azeroth then from outside forces then how is Elune able to influence the developmemt of the night elves? Can you please explain this? I would like to hear your thoughts about it.

I would assume it has something to do with the legend that Elune sleeps under the well of eternity. As in there are maybe 3 or more places on Azeroth where I can think the veil has been properly broken. One was definitely the Well of eternity. For Elune specifically I think that is how she bypassed the veil. Unless you know she created it.
