I was on vegan diet and i felt so guilty sometimes when I eat meat. Flexitarian diet is absolutely life saving

I’m going to adopt this for a lifetime after I lose the weight I want. I’m going to mon - Friday. Eat clean. Friday evening and Saturday I will eat meat. I will be flexible on Sunday and Sunday by 8 pm. Will be back on my veggies only. I have a friend who didn’t this for years. This kept her healthy

Great video - thanks for sharing. I love the flexibility of this diet. It's not only helped me focus on better food choices for myself but is also helping me understand how my food choices impact the environment. Also, it's not so strict that I feel too much pressure to get things perfect all the time!

I am hoping that a low fat Flexitarian diet will help increase insulin sensitivity for my T2 diabetic husband. He takes no meds, but a low carb diet is destroying his health. We need something healthier.

I just eat 70 grams of meat a day with 1 meal. The key is to cut the meat up into small sizes so you get a bit of meat with every mouthful or so. That way you really don't feel like your meal was lacking in meat.

I’m a bariatric patient whose surgery works through malabsorption and went full vegan and had some serious protein related issues come up. I’m going to try to the flexitarian lifestyle so I can benefit from a more plant based diet while still hopefully keeping my protein levels up.
