“Growing up means holding mice by the tail” -Kasey Golden A deeper dive into the philosophy of life with the mentality of holding it by the tail like a mouse. Life is a mouse, small, delicate, if not tamed it will bite you for try controlling it, or trying to pet it and enjoy it. One must tame their metaphorical mouse before trying to pet it and get joy out of it. To tame a mouse you must accept that it may bite you, and embrace that it could hurt, then you grab the mouse by the tail, take life for yourself. Train the mouse, domesticate it, teach it to bring you the cheese instead of eating it for itself. Once tamed the mouse will grow smarter and stronger and may bite again, but you tamed the mouse, you can punish it, control it, know that the mouse will no longer hurt you. You grabbed it by the tail and lit the control of your hands. You I ask you when will you grab the mouse by the tail? (Note, this isn’t really growing up but I need something to do when she was sketching)

I have watched a couple of people do the same with the white pen i must admit it does seem like you should be able to push on the tip and it would come back out 😕 at least you got it back out the people that i have seen never got it back out 😬

I have Pitt Artist Pens at home and I never thought that. To me they look like regular felt tip pens. I was really shocked when I first saw someone do it in a video! I guess it's because this market is white you think that the color he to flow down first.

I'm kinda surprised this is the second person I've seen do that. I usually never assume anything is a push down pen unless theres instructions, or I hear the little ball in it (like paint markers) before I test the pen and see nothing is coming out

I hate the Sakura brush pen.... probably cause I tried to use it for inking and like a week or 2 after consistent use it started to feather :(

Mine didn't even last 2 weeks... I noticed the tip fraying after the first time I used it. The other micron pens are great but the brush tip is honestly terrible

I got that scrawlr box this month and it was the first one that I have gotten :) I really loved the markers and I haven’t used alcohol based markers before and I think at some point I might want to buy more of them! I can’t wait to get the next one! :)

Windsor & newton markers are my absolute favorite! Even more than Copic. I personally use the brush marker instead of the pro marker, but it really doesn’t make a difference I guess. So glad they were included

Hi. I have a hack (not sure if it works with all marker paper but hey) When you want to find the right side of marker paper just do a little scribble in the corner with a marker. Flip the paper over. If you can see the colour clearly when you turn the paper over then it's the right side but if the pen barely shows then it's the wrong side. Of course this could be different with other paper but it works for me 😊😊😊

I had the exact same issue with my white pen except that there was no pigment at all and i couldn't get it back out once it was pushed in.... i simply asked and they sent a replacement with an extra candy and sticker.

If you think about it, maaaaybe in the art we're seeing the girl and mouse ~after~ the mouse transforms her - but the mouse takes her place and has that cringing expression because of the girl it just filled the shoes of still being around to get her life back, stuck in a much less capable body.
