Not courtesy of a Dream Team, as big as they were and I watched the SMP series myself there was many many others youtubers and complex factors that contributed to rise of Minecraft, this is only small part of iceberg

MCYTers usually come in twos: Lizzie and SmallishBeans, Dan and ThxCya, Stampy and Squid, AntVenom and Fit, Phil and the late Techno, Dream and George. But this is something else entirely. With the resurgence of Minecraft’s popularity, there are now so many big creators that most of them besides Hermitcraft/DreamSMP members and the remaining or returning veterans are completely overlooked. It used to be that even at the height of Minecraft’s popularity our community had only a few really big ones like Stampy, DanTDM and Sky who rarely collabed outside of their immediate friend groups. 4:43 Popbob seggs dimension

ahh yes, when the virus was pretty recent, we did everything online and dream was everywhere... there were some youtubers who didn't talk/used tts breakin' the algorithm... megamanny, that camera guy and steveee are like contant, bruhify and someone else related but if they're absolute silence instead of tts and minecraft... the vids are easily digestible and usually meaningless or expected, but they're mostly viewed due to curiosity
