I'm confused about the strenght setup and i've watched multiple times: how can you be level 150 with 60 vigor, 15 mind, 23 endurance, 80 strength, 17 dex, 25 faith and 10 arcane? even with the flask for faith, , the lower you can be is level 153 as a prophet.. Godrick great rune?

I am literally replaying the DLC in NG+ with the Milady, except i went with dex/faith im even using a similar armor set 😂 it works wonders also with the Deflect Crystal Tear

Surely quality affinity is better? I have 80 strength and 80 dex so i woulda thought its way better than heavy where its just scaling B tier strength vs B tier of both dex and strength

why the buff? you are pretty much spamming the ash of war instead of taking advantage of DPS.. You could only infuse with lightning, it would do more damage

Not trying to argue nor dismiss your point, and I also cant speak for Nizar, but I imagine theres a few primary reasons. Firstly, versatility across encounters, to make certain encounters more manageable or to circumvent specific resistances when they occur. Secondly, perhaps for the funsies and/or style. While min/maxing a build can absolutely be fun, it is also often quite limiting. Remember, he's publishing these builds for a broad audience, and is likely keeping in mind that a broad audience will have an equally broad range of skill, knowledge, experience levels across them. Therefore, the more of this spectrum which he can account for in any given build, the better. Furthermore and lastly, he certainly wants to make his builds futureproof, so as to ensure that they are still viable as the game ages. Anyways, thats just what I figure to be the most likely explanations to your query. See ya later!
