This is really great .. thank you 🙏 what about ppl with knee problems and they can’t really jump because it will hurt the knee

You need to strengthen your knees/legs first, if you can squat then start with sets of that, how many is dependent on your ability and do 3 or 4 sets every other day as you want a day for repair, then progress to small jumping squats working to get higher, it will take time but hopefully by strengthening you will then be able to start moving from one point to another, Jump rope is great too and you can see and feel the progression, you won’t regret it, good luck.

I advise you to not do the long precise jumps barefoot on concrete floor. Why seems obvious, yes?
