What dryland exercises are good to do for stride extension as well stride recovery? I see many kids drag their foot back to the middle instead of a powerful lift back

Do you recommend a deeper hollow on your skates? I use 1/2 inch right now

If you want some more speed try 5/8 but if you like more control then 1/2 will be better for you
