Frankly speaking, Pak is more than just a multivitamin and if you really push yourself to your limits be it a workout or any sort of job, it's the best on the market. As for people complaining for the price, with Pak what you give you get. P.S. warm wishes to Evan and all people at Animal be it athletes or everyone working on the company.

it IS a product you can feel. I am not a bodybuilder but I do trailrun and this product has helped me with the nutrients i need to run better and longer. My metabolism is amazing and the weight dripped off me. It made a huge difference for me.

If I'm not mistaken Evan has mixed stories, because in one other video Evan said his parents bought him his first supplement which was animal pak. That doesn't add up with this story

I got a can of it. But I’m worried about how much vitamin b is in it with b12 and b6 and thiamine. I’ve been told it’ll put me in the hospital. I’m 5’8 and 140 lbs and I don’t eat more than 1500 calories a day is it safe for me to take a full serving? Or should I take a smaller daily dosage?

You cannot overdose on vitamin b. It is water soluble. Meaning, what your body doesn't use will just flush out when you go #1. Also, the dosages you see in the back of container is for two full packs of 8 pills each. They recommend taking one pack if you are not a competitive athlete, bodybuilder, etc. I hope this helps.

I believe so. Two scoops are for above average athletes. For us regular guys/gals just trying to get in shape and/or stay in shape, 1 scoop is enough.
