clean kitchen, lovely cooking pots, the delicate peeling of the mandarins.. these sweets look Delicious!

It is done in a similar way mechanically with those that are used in what you eat. Otherwise it adds an unfavorable taste to the sale. In addition they do not have much choice since you will bite into it like that without being able to do it on your own.

I do agree that the kitchen is fairly clean. I did see everyone wearing face masks. However, I didn't see any gloves being worn until she removed the kettle from the mixer/pot. I almost fell over when she emptied the contents into a pot, on the floor, WOW! I did see that the lady "wore gloves" to clean the mandarin oranges. She could actually clean them better by using a soft toothbrush, because it will not bruise or damage the fruit. I mean no disrespect or dishonor towards anyone in this store or video. I loved watching the video. It was wonderful, rewarding, and very detailed.

I love your channel so much... during this COVID-19 disaster your channel saves us from sadness that we can’t go to japan 😭
I just got to point out those rotating pots that give off such a steampunk vibe to me, made the whole process feel much more mesmerizing and whimsical, kind of nostalgic. It was very pleasant to watch and hear, great work
Love to visit this shop for one of those delicately delicious looking daifuku.

It is not a piece of mochi but an art piece. It involves so many steps and so much effort. Thanks for keeping this traditional culture. Next time when I buy one, I will definitely taste it bit by bit to appreciate fully.
when other company say 'real fruits' but using food flavoring, but this mochi using real whole fruits.. mind blowing!

So much effort put into these! It looks amazing, albeit, a bit tedious. I was astonished by how they even removed the pith of the mandarins using tweezers, and I'd be very curious to know how it, and the tomato mochi, taste! It seems so unusual.

In BC we have special Asian stores that sell food shipped from other Asian countries. I bought a box of Daifuku Mochi once at a Supermarket called Osaka. I didn’t know how much work went into that cute little package.
Thank you for the video. It was a honor and a pleasure to watch this.
