Great video....sadly most of the Church has quenched the Holy Spirit. Paul warns us where we have to obey in order to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit (which is to inherit the Kingdom of God ; Paul defines the Kingdom of God in Romans 14:17) in I Cor 6:9-10.....If we obey in those 3 areas we will not quench the Holy Spirit and live spirit led lives....One could say that the name of the game of the Christian life after were saved is: Dont quench the Holy Spirit.

I believe its the "works" of the flesh, it takes effort and work to do, whereas fruits grow on trees that simply abide. I was thinking of this the other day... the difference between "works" and "fruits".
