I used to live near JFK Airport, I've seen the US spec '99 Boeing JA8962 several times as a kid, I will never forget how excited I was every time I've seen it fly over my house.

In 2024, the Flying Pikachu Project now consists of two aircrafts from Skymark, two from ANA, one each from China Airlines, Scoot, T-Way, and one more incoming from Garuda Indonesia. The Solaseed one is still flying and Air Do has a two-sided Vulpix livery added since.

They have two B777-381/ER and B787-9. The later one you would see more on Tokyo-NRT/HND to Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport either. It's left there overnight or return back to Tokyo the same day

I was obsessed with the Hoenn starters as a kid, so I created little makeshift paper 727s themed after each one. I was particularly fond of the Torchic one. They were surprisingly sturdy though i did use gobs of computer paper for thickness lol

Now, 7 different airlines operate Pokémon jets

As of 2024, there is 3 airlines that have Pokémon themed jets (for what I am aware of) it’s Scoot (Singapore), Skymark Airlines (Japan) and of course, All Nippon Airways (Japan). Scoot has 1, registered as 9V-OJJ and as a Boring 787-9 Dreamliner. For Skymark it’s 2. 1 is registered as JA73NG, as Boeing 737-800NG and 2 is the one shown in the video, registered as JA73AB and also as Boeing 737-800NG. And All Nippon Airways has 2. 1 is registered as JA784A as a Boeing 777-300ER, named as “Eevee Jet.” And 2 is registered as JA894A as Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. I even captured the ANA 787 one, as it often flies to Manila. Hopefully more airliners like Japan Airlines make Pokémon Jets because they’re one of the most beautiful planes I’ve ever seen!

There is also a Taiwanese one. To get it in the Philippines you would need to be flying to or from Taiwan on China Airlines. Time to time it will appear there if there was a Pokemon that I would avoid it's the Philippine Airlines version yet choose its premium competitors if they have one from New York EWR/JFK

Interesting back in 2024 the following countries have one Indonesia Singapore Japan South Korea and Taiwan. Some of them do feature Super Smash Brothers Ultimate characters. The one that I would avoid if they were to have a Pokemon jet is a Philippine Airlines one because their Pokemon jet will be no match for the Japanese NH and Taiwanese CI Full Service carrier version. Since I can list for you the possible routes that they would operate to or from the Philippines NH Pokemon jet JA784A JA894A NH869/819 HND/NRT🇯🇵-MNL🇵🇭 CI🇹🇼 Pokemon jet B-18101 CI703/709/701 TPE🇹🇼-MNL🇵🇭 CI705/706 TPE-CEB for the South Koreans T'way air you would be looking ICN🇰🇷-CEB/KLO🇵🇭.
