I think that the sweet spot will be in mixing AI with automation tools, like Plainly Videos for video or Bannerbear for images. Once we are able to decrease the manual work to the minimum, that's where we will see biggest values.

Good point!

You will need the creative vision and skillset to create lasting designs. Without it ai designs quality will only go to a certain point and not beyond. The question is if that achieved quality will be sufficient, or do we want more? What Wade is saying is very true: ai can do great stuff, when you give it into hands of experts it will be outstanding.

Yes I think experts using AI will still have the edge vs everyone else without the knowledge and experience

I was watching a video yesterday of a Kid trying to use AI to generate ideas for his homemade dungeons and dragons games- he wanted the AI to come up with new creatures, magical items and story ideas. His conclusion was that the AI's ideas were so derivative and uninspired that it was not worth bothering with- to him it offered no value. It was kind of funny to see this Kid casually tossing aside that billion dollar AI because it simply had nothing to offer him in terms of genuine innovation or creativity- perhaps the emperor indeed has no clothes?

Yes kids have a lot of imagination. I see AI as supporting in the creation process. Normally I would get an idea without AI but use AI to find data and perspectives I didn’t think of.

@@danielkafer thats the problem with people not knowing how to get anything out of a.i and concluding that a.i is the problem ,in reality you can just use control nets or feeding sketches trough image to image along wit a ton of tool that are already available to control the result of a.i , that along with simply changing the model you are using the amount of people ive seen who thing a.i is just prompting and nothing else and dont do any research

Had no idea one could use AI to do that.

Hi there, graphic designer and painter for over 30 years. Currently I work for a company that has a very clear stance: they don’t want to use AI-generated art. They prefer me to create everything manually, and for me, that’s a huge plus. I like knowing they trust my artistic skills and recognize the value of human work. Honestly, while AI-generated art can be impressive at first glance, it’s easy to spot. It always lacks that unique spark only an artist can bring: the little details, intentional imperfections, and that emotional connection that makes each piece special. This experience not only motivates me but also allows me to grow as an artist. In a world where handcrafted work is starting to stand out as something exclusive and valuable, I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to showcase the true weight of handmade art over automation. AI will inevitably expose who has real vision as an artist and communicator, and who is simply a bundle of skills. True artistry goes beyond technique-it’s about creating something that resonates deeply, and that’s a level of expression no machine can replicate.

Thanks for sharing, wonderful to hear your story. However don’t you think there might be a middle ground using AI as a tool but combining with human creativity? Would love to hear your thoughts 💭

So they arent the best.

I wonder how many people are lying about the process and submitting slop instead of art.
@danielkaferАй бұрын
What do you find more important the process or the result?

@@danielkafer I want to retain the copyright and provenance of my human art. That is the distinction
