This was published when? The buildings they are showing have been at the Morgan Boulevard for a decade. Let's go see the 52 new townhomes across Morgan Boulevard that got to put their sewer line into the park behind them in 2021 thanks to a favor from Andrea Harrison to the developer who overrode opposition from the county environmental review. Nice development...

New Pepco power lines @4:10 look great! Big, tall, and industrial looking. An Advanced Auto Parts store is coming to that green lot on the left, and the big highway style LED billboard on the right is also a recent addition. I frankly fail to see how these recent developments align with the vision being discussed.
