Remember it’s a lot of ground work like completing the roads and other infrastructure that goes with the project. I went there at it’s a humongous project. The view is stunning

St Thomas' scenery is so picturesque and varied. 😍 The additional spotlight on the parish, due to the developments there, has really advertised that.

The first model home was built quickly, but now it seems like the project has slowed down. There isn't much progress here from the last video I saw of the area 6 months ago.

They putting in the infrastructure first, roadway, drains and preparing the house spots. The model house is to show people who are interested.

Yes, they can. Time to start thinking big beyond 9 - 5 jobs and look out for investment opportunities, even start small out of our place of abode. Its a mindset thing!
