Hi, I have exactly what she has, to a different degree and laterally varying; I'm very interested in what exercises you prescribed for this.

That's great but what about dorsiflexion with foot strike? Should the toes be neutral at foot strike or should they be pointed upwards at foot strike?

Hello. I am researching "Morton's Foot" and "Morton's Foot Syndome". (NOT Morton's Neuroma!). Is there any content on your site concerning diagnosis and treatment of those conditions? I tried using your webiste's search function but got no hits. Just browsing your videos and this one caught my attention, as it seems to touch upon a possibly related case, so thought I'd comment here to ask for any guidance you might offer Thanks. And very intriguing work you are doing!

+Lisa Sommer Are you referring to a foot which has a 'mortons toe', or an exaggerated toe length parabola?
