@@lindajohnson668 100% agree with you Linda. The information he offers is pure gold. I believe his heart is in the right place and that he is first and foremost trying to educate people. If he offers products and they help, that's great. I bought his Electrolyte, Nutritional Yeast, Wheatgrass and will read his book. He even says it himself that before anything, it is important to educate oneself and to fell free and read the book, if given the chance. His book and Dr. Boz's Any Way You Can, I am reading.

To me, the gallbladder is the organ that will teach me how to eat and control myself. I was lucky enough to come to an understanding of how this “useless” organ works before hearing it from the typical allopathic medical practitioner. My gallbladder essentially influences how I live now because it will let me know when it’s unhappy with how I treat it...I don’t want to make it mad.

I love Dr. Berg partly for the science but ALSO because he routinely reminds us of the importance of GRASS FED animal products and organics. Not many people understand the danger of chemicals and synthetics in our diet which are slow, cumulative causes of chronic disease and early death.

Love the dry sense of humor he has after talking about soy protein in diet plans ~ 10 minutes [such as Nutri-System] that dry up the gallbladder so soluble fats can’t be absorbed and blocks bile ducts in the liver and builds tumors: “other than that it’s perfectly fine”. Great video!

I hope Dr Berg sees this. I am 53, I had my gallbladder taken out at 26 because I was in such extreme pain. When the doctor felt the area where my gallbladder was, he said it was so inflamed it felt like a pineapple. After surgery he said I should feel all better and that gallbladder wasn't really needed. I'm thinking, then why did God put it there? Needless to say, I haven't been the same since then. Thank you for all you informative videos.

The liver takes over the function of the gall bladder, don't worry. Take good care of your liver and you will be fine! The liver loves(!) heat. You can e.g. use a heat pad for 30-45 minutes several times a day to help your liver. Your liver will love it!

Date of this posting is Thursday 6th February 2020. For about 2 decades, I had this sharp pain in my right hypochondriac region that came on and off. Seen the doctors, had ultrasound of the gall bladder done, but doctor could not detect anything significant. Separately, also every now and then, had an excruciating pain in my right back shoulder. Had MRI done on my right shoulder; and also told could not detect anything wrong. Recently, I had another episode of sharp pain at liver region lasting only for a day or two. Last week, had suffered intense pain in my right shoulder, together with bloating and belching. Done shoulder exercises. They helped to alleviate some pain momentarily. Then, on Monday (3rd Feb ) evening I came across this video and like a thunder bolt, it struck me that Dr E.Berg had my predicament outlined on the board ! In other words, my problem could be in reality, a deficiency in bile ! Instantly, I went on a >12

For people that have had their gallbladder removed because of stones or polyps etc., the proper procedure by surgeons is that the tube that comes out of the liver gets shunted into the small intestine. So instead of the bile fluid coming out of the liver and going into a gallbladder sack which no longer exists, bile will continuously leak into the small intestine. This causes issues with some people but some people tolerate it very well. The question is, that Dr. Berg did not talk about, is since the liver is still producing bile and the bile is leaking into the small intestine constantly, if this has the same effect in digesting the fats ingested since bile is present in the small intestine all the time.

You are awesome! I love the way you explain things. :) Thank you. Very informative. My migraines have considerably gone less when I have started taking D3 and K2 combined. Or if I get them, they are less intense.

Very Informative video - thank you. Can I make a suggestion for a follow up video "What advice would you give someone who has been diagnosed as having multiple gallbladder stones with associated pain you have mentioned?"

My husband has been having gallbladder attacks since his 40's. He didn't take the doctor's advice to remove it.

He should eat malic acid tablets, or at least consume either unfiltered cider, fresh unfiltered apple juice (has to be fresh !), or unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Filtered cider or cider vinegar is fine, but the content is lower. It does miracles to gallbladder pain (I used to have them, they were so painful I couldn't stand up or get out of the the fetus position). Also it's super cheap and miraculous, so there is every reason to try it. Please update me if he ever tries.

Dr. Berg, I know you’ve gotten more refined over the years but I would’ve preferred you showed the acupressure in this same video. Now, I have to go look for it.
