I didn't even know about Tomba before you started these awards and the art style reminds me a lot of Moon. Friggin' love that game so I'll have to give it a try when I can!

I spent 310 hours on UFO 50, getting cherry on every single game. It absolutely is my game of the year, no contest. My favourite is also Rail Heist, along with Mini & Max. Also Seaside Drive and Elfazar's Hat are two really cute shoot-'em-ups in the collection, but unfortunately they're quite short! Would have loved to see a few more levels in those two.

No one has any actual major grievances with it besides personal taste against platformers, or thinking that it's an ad despite only being available on the console it's supposedly advertising. People just can't handle their favourite game not winning, so they attack the game that did.

I disagree. Capaldi had a lot I enjoyed. Whittaker was a good doctor marred by bad writing, but there were still a handful of episodes worth watching. And Gatwa has been generally quite good. Writers have been a little more prone to leaving unanswered questions, but most of the episodes have been good.
