I don't watch Atrioc to feel any sort of serious emotion. I watch Atrioc because I know it will be some goofy shit and on occasion, at least some semi-educated take on a company or individual fucking up and/or being stupid in a capitalistic regard. It's great, and every time I learn something I feel a little bit better about having "learned" from the funny KZbin man on my computer screen. This video absolutely fucking floored me. I have not cried this hard in a decade. Poor Atrioc was faced with the task of trying to entertain and make light of a game that from what I've seen here (I have no other exposure to this game) is crafted to just absolutely fuck you up. I sat through the entire duration of this video pretty much balling my eyes out. For whatever reason I've lived my entire life with 1 extreme medical condition or another. I'm grateful that day-to-day I am mostly totally normal now, but from time to time it comes back up. This game, even just through the short lens of this video, obliterated every part of me. I'm sad that I was only able to experience it from the context of this video laying out the major parts, but the cry that I got out of this was so far beyond euphoric. It was necessary. I dread the day that I lose my mother, but I suppose at least this game can ATTEMPT to prepare me for such a monumental loss of life that I can only hope is still many years away. TLDR; Do not watch this video if you have to go on a date in the next 24 hours. I will be fucked up from this game for at least that long. Fuck. What the fuck, Atrioc? Talk more about Beijing or some shit.

So true, the game makes me quite sad. Theres a movie that invokes the same emotion of a lack of time, the sadness of fading time of our short lifes. It's called "Old" ofc this game really gets you into the sad emotions but both that movie and this game both share the same sentient. If you don't live in the moment IE you live in your head, life will pass by so quickily. It makes me quite sad thinking about it.

Hey, I know this comment is like 10 months old and you’ll never see this, but as someone who did not have cancer and had no reason to do so, I spent so much of my teenage life avoiding the world. It’s only after becoming an adult that I’ve started really engaging with life more, and I want you to know that there’s nothing to be gained from beating yourself up about the past. Just use it as motivation to experience as much as you can every day going forward. There’s no objectively correct way to live, and there’s so much to see and feel and taste and smell and hear and learn, and doing stuff is always gonna be better than regretting having done nothing, so try as much stuff as you can and don’t look back unless it’s to remember something warm and fun! I can tell you it’s worked for me so far!

That was in October of 2021. She died in November of the same year, one month later. My biggest regret is not spending enough time with her in the last month because I thought I had more time. Please Please PLEASE, spend every moment you can with her and let her know just how much you love her.

I love how Atroic keepings insta blinking, and I can't help but think that this game's an absolutely perfect example of how you can't hang onto the past for so long, and Big A proves it. No matter how hard you try, you'll always blink one too many times and miss something that you can't recall. It's a wonderful game, and I love how Atrioc keeps trying to make it lighthearted during portions of the game that's trying to tug at your heartstrings. This is one of my favorite games ever and it always makes me cry. It hits such a personal note for me. The fear that I’m going through school and all the struggles of life, just to one day have it cut short before I do anything great. Anything that leaves a mark on the world. This game helped make me realize that I have already done some great things in my life for the people around me. Even if I don’t end up making some great accomplishment.
