It represents my culture also. My mother loved music..especially R&B, we listened to it everyday. My brother was a DJ at a Disco in my town and played all of these great bands.. My mother took us 4 girls to dance there at least 2 days a week because she loved it. I was only 11 and the baby, but it was back in the day when you could take your kids to the bar. I listen to this song regularly. I absolutely love the Gap Band.
