The Gap Concept in Poker

@EdwardJamesCastSly The starting range presented in the video is a single range that works for a subset of players. KQ is acceptable raising and/or calling hand based on skill and position, but because it is so often dominated it is far more difficult to play than AK, AQ, and even AJ.

waiting for cards by "Position" doesn`t do anything for EV (yes good cards in Position is wonderful), BUT it`s not a major concept everyone should follow; fact is every book tells you this - but it`s crap.
