If you want to improve your life, focus entirely on working out and becoming consistent with it. Through time you'll figure out how to take care of every other aspect of your life. It's actually quite miraculous.

Let me tell you guys something I started working out in HS but I wasn’t consistent recently this year back in April I realized that I lack self confidence and that I need to get in shape in order to truly love myself and feel confident. I realized that Once you are confident in yourself you’ll basically succeed in anything that you go into because now you got the belief and confidence in yourself and that is powerful

I think what one needs to appreciate is not the getting fit but the journey towards getting fit. Getting to being fit means discipline, focus, consistency and taking risks. Well, that boils over to other spheres of your life. At some point u discover that muscles without money makes u look stupid. Well, in comes the discipline, focus, consistency and taking risks again! What u discover is that with time those traits have u attracting other like minded people into your life. However, it is sad that u will lose the fat in your life too. I have seen people who got fit and upped their life lose their marriages and former friends when they fail to match up to them. The upside though is that with the confidence, one does view it as just a part of life and use the fuel to going to a higher level. Believe me in 5 years going to the gym 6 days a week 2 hours each day has transformed me into a man. The respect I get is over the charts and my confidence is healthy.

This video is perfect, I been questioning myself how I can be so dedicated to the gym, and not able to transfer the same to the business I started to put together. Good thing I'm 40 years old and 210 lb peeled like a banana LOL. Kidding well not really but I don't know yeah it's true, when you look in the mirror and your reflection you're proud of. It's a whole different thing like you said you walk outside with your shoulders up you know chest out confident.and superficial or material things I'm my opinion they might they're like little accessories essentially.for my experience with gave me confidence is wherever I was at in life was my knowledge up to par and even better than what I'm working with. For example in the Army I strive to get promoted ahead of everybody and yeah I did come naturally. The leadership aspect came naturally. It took me only seven years to become a Sergeant first class and charge of a platoon. But just beingwell educated and informed brushed up on all topics. Kind of like jack-of-all-trades expert have none. You can then you like a chameleon you can go to any type ofsocial hierarchy mean that if you want to look at it like that and you blend right in and you can make great business moves. Unfortunately you see some people they read the thesaurus these big words trying to fit in but they use them wrong and they look like an idiot.no no I'm just sharing my experience that's it. Might not be the best. But hey it worked for me. But then again I don't really try. well that sounds bad.I just don't care of people's opinions of me. You know there's a lot of haters as they say. But it's business is like friendship. If it's not benefiting you emotionally spiritually financially you know security stable bility whatever I can go on and on. You need to get it out of your circle. Quality over quantity

I have seen people who have a horrible diet and workout and look great, but I have NEVER EVER in my life seen a guy who has a perfect diet and doesn't workout looking good. Conclusion: Working out is far more important than eating the right diet❗
@Andreeak.
@Andreeak. 2 жыл бұрын
It’s also important how you look on the inside, so why not chose eating clean and correctly and workout? If you look good on the outside but your inside is destroyed with garbage, your muscles and stamina won’t last long. I’ve seen a lot of guys looking fit, but starting from their face and skin plus how they age is obvious their diet is shit.

Your wrong about how wolves travel. Often packs are run by an alpha female as the males tend to go off on their own a lot. The majority of the time the alpha female will lead the pack because she makes decisions on where to go and what hunts are worth the packs energy. Alphas are not made through feats of strength in wolf packs they are usually the parents or middle aged adults in the pack. It is more about experience than strength. Once in a while when the pack has several elder members the alphas and all non senior wolves will move to the back but only to ensure that the pack travels at the pace the elder wolves set so they don't get left behind. You can read all this anywhere you find David Mech, the worlds leading biologist on wolf behavior. Not being "that guy" just want your info to be updated and tight because your a giant.. keep preaching the word brother, thank you for your service.

If some chick comes my way and tells me she likes me better now that I'm "fit," I'll tell HER the same thing one of my old friends said to a broad who said that to him: "I'm the same guy thin as I was fat!"
