One thing that really helped me mentally was to understand and dive into past experiences, beliefs and trauma to heal from it and change those beliefs. Beyond that, I 1000% agree with these 8! One question on #1: What would be some good ways to find new friends who are setting high standards and moving up? Kinda lost in the networking department there.

Hey B! In the face of adversity! GROW! Use pitfalls, and the classic "shit happens" to One up. When I take a hit! Stay resilient ! By welcoming challenges and obstacles, I am adaptable and therefore I stay focused and driven even it s*** hits the fan! ... This is what FBBC did for me! I not only believe in it. IT IS PART OF WHO I AM. For so many women and men who don't know where to start FBBC is the gateway! 💜💪🏽

If I may, I would love to add another thing to that list. #FORGIVENESS Life can ONLY begin after forgiveness. Resentment binds us to the past and keeps the karma wheel turning non stop until infinity. It can only be broken after forgiveness. Forgiveness is the only energy in the universe capable of closing one door and opening another.

Last year, I dropped all my loser, low frequency friends. After over 20 years of friendships, I walked away and never looked back. This year, got back into physical, and mental, training 6-7 days a week, 5 months ago, and over 5 years off. Stopped smoking after over 25 years and greatly limited my beer drinking going from an every weekend beer drinker to maybe 1-2 tall cans a month, if even that. Yeah, I still enjoy an IPA maybe once in a blue moon. Next up, getting my financial status in order and growing it. Taking back control of my life after living so long with regrets and resentment, letting them go to continually grow. Thanks for telling it like it is. Much respect. 🤘

Hey bro, new subscriber. I'm a 55 year old man with a number of business failures that led me to that rabbit hole of depression and anxiety. Didn't realise how much negative attitudes and low level input I was letting into my life. Had an epiphany a few months back, taken action to re-wire my thinking and mindset by only allowing high level input. Stumbled on your channel and you've become a daily staple. The progress I've made in these past weeks hasn't gone unnoticed by those close to me. And although, the monetary rewards aren't there quite yet, I can see it, I can feel it and I believe it. Awesome content filled with life experiences connects with me. Keep up the great work my man! Blessings from Australia

Never hit a weight loss goal until I set what seemed to be unattainable. Then the real work began. Goal not only met but exceeded. The big plus of that is when you work so f'n hard for that, you're not about to give it up and get lazy again. That attitude then spills into all other areas of life. Yes, it's painfully slow most times, but when you finally learn to love the process, everything you dreamed of and more becomes attainable.

Hell broke loose when I told my mom that I was going to sleep at 9pm to wake up at 3:30-4:00am. I am a small business owner, mom of a 3 year old, I go to the gym,eat healthy, etc. I am becoming more disciplined. Long story short that day after closing I hit the gym so hard to eliminate all the negatively. I didn’t go down the depressed hole of why my own mom didn’t think I should work harder. I am the one mom.

"I had a bad relationship with money. We didn't talk about money. However, I'm going to change that narrative. I'm going to rewrite my story, and I'm going to learn how money works, and I'm going to respect money. I'm going to make more money, I'm not going to let it control me. I'm going to use it to multiply my wealth, and to multiply the impact and influence I have on the world. I'm going to be generous with them. I'm going to be good with it. And I'm going to teach my kids how to steward money. I'm going to teach my kids how to grow wealth, have generational wealth so that I can finally break this curse of not understanding money." - Bedros Keuilian - Inspirational!!

I really appreciate what you said about keeping the right people around. I've had trouble with that in my past, and now that I am training to be a commercial pilot, people in my life are so accustomed to saying I don't keep in touch anymore. I've had to stand my ground and tell friends and family that between me working to pay for my dream and studying my dream as well as spending time with my husband and planning life, I have a lack of time for them. I send the odd text and say this is what I've been doing, but it isn't good enough for them. I just decided after a while that if they don't understand that, I am trying to achieve something great, there is nothing left to say or give.

Hey Bedros, this show is dope. I've listened to a lot of different motivational speakers and many have been great, but what blows my mind is that no one ever mentioned the BIG GUY.. Jesus.. God. It's always about something else. Dude I appreciate it big time and so does God. I'm a devout Catholic and when I'm not checking out your show it's either a how to video or Father Chad Ripperger (Exorcist priest) or Sensus Fedelium which is another legit Catholic educational site. I mention these because they are no nonsense Christianity teachings just like your show is no nonsense how to be a man teachings and the 2 coincide. I realize your a busy man, but it would only benefit you to check them out for yourself. I believe you guardian angel along with the holy spirit is working through you. God bless you and yours.

9th rule: ⚠️Take responsibility for your mistakes and life choices P.s. 5 years ago I supposed that my parents are whom to blame for the wrong choice of university. Then I blamed politicians for the terrible life conditions. I blamed higher powers for the lack of luck... I was broken and depressed. However, when I realized that there is only one person whom to blame, I became the happiest person on this planet. Because your happiness is only in your head (and hands)!
