If a man makes a mistake driving, it's because he has a bad day, but if I, a woman, make a mistake, it's because I'm a woman and belong in the kitchen. Same shit at work. In college one of our professors said 'there's no point in teaching you anything, you all are just going to get married and have children'. Almost all of my woman groupmates are working moms. Working from home I prefer not to disclose my gender if I can.
