Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Apparently "Joe" became a word for coffee in WWI, when the US Navy banned alchohol from its ships, and tried to make it up to the sailors by replacing the rum with coffee. Joseph was the name of the secretary of the navy, so sailors started calling coffee "Joe" as a subtle dig at him for taking away their rum lol.

MYREALNAME This is a common misconception since alcohol was banned on Navy ships long before Josephus “Joe” Daniels became Secretary of the Navy. Another theory is that “joe” is a shortening of another nickname for coffee “jamoke” which was a blend of Java and Mocha. The theory that seems to hold the most credibility though is that coffee began to be known as joe, because “joe” itself is a slang term for a common guy, so coffee became a “cup of joe” because it was considered the common man's drink. It was also served in Diner’s where “Joe’s Diner” was a common name for them.
